Apoiar a execução de projetos, programas e rotinas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, contribuindo para o atendimento às Normas Regulamentadoras do Ministério do Trabalho e aos procedimentos internos da empresa. Atuar de forma orientada na identificação e prevenção de riscos ocupacionais, apoiando a prevenção de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais e a promoção de ambientes de trabalho mais seguros na unidade sob sua atuação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar as atividades de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, contribuindo para a implementação das Normas Regulamentadoras, políticas internas e diretrizes corporativas de prevenção de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais, conforme padrões e orientações da matriz;Auxiliar na identificação de perigos e na avaliação preliminar de riscos nos ambientes de trabalho, apoiando a aplicação das medidas de controle previstas no Gerenciamento de Riscos Ocupacionais (GRO) e no Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos (PGR); Realizar inspeções rotineiras em áreas operacionais, atividades, equipamentos, veículos e sistemas de segurança, registrando desvios e comunicando as não conformidades identificadas para análise e tratativa da liderança; Acompanhar e orientar o uso adequado de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e Equipamentos de Proteção Coletiva (EPCs), garantindo a correta utilização conforme os riscos das atividades; Acompanhar atestados médicos, afastamentos e processos previdenciários, realizando controle de registros, prazos e apoio nas tratativas junto ao INSS, quando aplicável; Apoiar o controle, registro e organização da entrega de EPIs, treinamentos e demais documentos obrigatórios de Segurança do Trabalho; Auxiliar na investigação de acidentes, incidentes e condições inseguras, contribuindo na coleta de informações, registros das ocorrências e elaboração de relatórios iniciais;Auxiliar no controle, organização e atualização de documentos técnicos de segurança, como ordens de serviço, registros de inspeções, análises preliminares de risco e relatórios da área; Acompanhar atividades operacionais e movimentação de cargas, observando situações de risco e comunicando eventuais desvios para análise e tratativa; Prestar apoio às atividades da Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes (CIPA) e à organização da Semana Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes do Trabalho (SIPAT);Apoiar o acompanhamento de auditorias internas, inspeções e fiscalizações, auxiliando na organização e disponibilização dos registros e documentos necessários.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Técnico Completo em Segurança do Trabalho;Experiência na área de Segurança do Trabalho;Profissão Regulamentada: Registro Profissional no Ministério do Trabalho (MTE);CNH Categoria "B".
