Executar e acompanhar projetos, programas e atividades técnicas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, assegurando o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras do Ministério do Trabalho e dos procedimentos internos da empresa. Atuar de forma preventiva na identificação, avaliação e controle de riscos ocupacionais, contribuindo para a prevenção de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais e para a melhoria contínua das condições de trabalho nas unidades sob sua atuação. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na implementação, acompanhamento e melhoria contínua das práticas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, assegurando conformidade com a legislação vigente, Normas Regulamentadoras e diretrizes corporativas; Identificar, avaliar e controlar riscos ambientais e ocupacionais, propondo e acompanhando a implementação de medidas preventivas e corretivas, em alinhamento ao Gerenciamento de Riscos Ocupacionais (GRO) e ao Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos (PGR);Realizar inspeções periódicas em áreas operacionais, atividades, equipamentos, veículos e sistemas de segurança, registrando não conformidades e orientando gestores e colaboradores quanto à adoção de práticas seguras de trabalho; Monitorar atividades operacionais, incluindo movimentação de cargas e execução de tarefas críticas, identificando situações de risco e propondo melhorias nas condições de trabalho;Controlar a entrega, o uso e a conservação de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs), uniformes e Equipamentos de Proteção Coletiva (EPCs), orientando os colaboradores quanto à correta utilização e conservação; Investigar acidentes, incidentes e condições inseguras, realizando análise de causas, registrando ocorrências e propondo medidas corretivas e preventivas para evitar recorrências; Elaborar, revisar e manter atualizados documentos técnicos de segurança, como ordens de serviço, mapas de risco, análises preliminares de risco (APR), procedimentos e planos de trabalho;Desenvolver, em conjunto com o corporativo, treinamentos de segurança, Diálogos de Segurança (DSS), campanhas educativas e ações de conscientização, bem como acompanhar sua aplicação; Acompanhar atestados médicos, afastamentos e processos previdenciários, realizando controle de registros, prazos e apoio nas tratativas junto ao INSS, quando aplicável;Analisar indicadores de segurança, absenteísmo, acidentes e desvios operacionais, apoiando a gestão no desenvolvimento e implementação de ações preventivas e de melhoria contínua; Prestar atendimento primário em situações de acidentes ou mal‑estar no ambiente de trabalho, assegurando o correto registro das ocorrências e os encaminhamentos necessários; Orientar e apoiar as atividades da Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes (CIPA) e contribuir para a organização e realização da Semana Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes do Trabalho (SIPAT); Monitorar atividades de empresas contratadas e terceiros, verificando o cumprimento das normas de segurança e controlando o acesso às áreas de risco;Acompanhar auditorias internas e externas, fiscalizações de órgãos competentes e perícias trabalhistas, prestando suporte técnico e fornecendo documentação quando solicitado; Conduzir, quando aplicável e com validação da liderança, processos de contestação do Fator Acidentário de Prevenção (FAP) e apoiar tratativas relacionadas a recursos previdenciários; Participar de comitês, projetos e iniciativas corporativas voltadas à saúde, segurança, bem‑estar e qualidade de vida no trabalho, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da cultura de prevenção na organização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Técnico Completo em Segurança do Trabalho;Experiência na área de Segurança de Trabalho;Profissão Regulamentada: Registro Profissional no Ministério do Trabalho (MTE);CNH Categoria "B";Disponibilidade de horários.
