Encontramos o terreno ideal, desenvolvemos o projeto e executamos a construção do imóvel, de ponta a ponta.Fundada em 2014 na cidade de Belo Horizonte, a BTS foi uma das primeiras empresas do país focada no segmento de Built-to-Suit, sendo reconhecida como um dos principais players do mercado.Atualmente o grupo conta com duas outras empresas, focadas na verticalização de áreas estratégicas; a Witplan, responsável pela execução das obras e a Proxy, empresa dedicada à gestão dos ativos após a construção, atuando tanto em Asset, quanto em Property.Esta posição destina-se para atuação junto a Witplan.Estamos em busca de um  Técnico de Segurança no Trabalho para se juntar à nossa equipe.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, participar da elaboração e implementação da política de saúde e segurança no trabalho (SST);Realizar auditoria, acompanhamento e avaliação na área;Identificar variáveis de controle de doenças, acidentes, qualidade de vida e meio ambiente;Acompanhamento presencial nas execuções das obras em canteiros;Auxílio na elaboração de PT´s e Análises de risco;Controle de liberação e descarte de EPI´s;Experiência com ferramentas de segurança (DDS/Integração/inspeções de rotina/indicadores);Gestão de arquivos, EPI, CIPA, Brigada de IncêndioRelatório fotográfico das atividades de campo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEducação: Curso técnico em Segurança do trabalho.Experiência Profissional: Experiência mínima comprovada de 2 anos em coordenação, elaboração e orientação de atividades de segurança do trabalho no segmento de construção civil (Canteiro de obras). Conhecimentos em resíduos; meio ambiente e e-social.Habilidades Técnicas: Pacote Office completo, desejável conhecimento na plataforma Mobbus.Habilidades Interpessoais: Bom relacionamento interpessoal, Liderança técnica, habilidades de comunicação, organização, comprometimento e proatividade.Informações adicionaisTipo de Contrato: CLT, presencial.Benefícios: Benefícios: Plano de saúde (coparticipação), Plano odontológico, Seguro de vida, Psicologia Viva, Conexa Saúde e Wellhub.
