Afinal, não é pressa, é precisão.Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho Júnior para atuar na nossa obra em Rio Branco/AC. O profissional será responsável por acompanhar as atividades de campo, orientar as equipes quanto ao uso correto de EPIs, aplicar as Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs), conduzir o DDS (Diálogo Diário de Segurança), elaborar relatórios de inspeção e apoiar na prevenção de acidentes de trabalho no canteiro de obras.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar diariamente as atividades de campo, verificando o cumprimento das normas de segurança nas frentes de serviço;Orientar e fiscalizar o uso correto dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e Coletiva (EPCs);Conduzir o DDS (Diálogo Diário de Segurança) junto às equipes de obra;Aplicar e disseminar as Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) pertinentes à construção civil;Elaborar relatórios de inspeção, apontando não conformidades e propondo ações corretivas;Apoiar a investigação de incidentes e quase-acidentes, contribuindo para a análise de causas;Auxiliar na elaboração e no acompanhamento de APR (Análise Preliminar de Risco) e PT (Permissão de Trabalho);Apoiar campanhas e treinamentos de conscientização sobre segurança do trabalho;Zelar pela organização, sinalização e limpeza do canteiro de obras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho concluído, com registro no Ministério do Trabalho;Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) aplicáveis à construção civil;Conhecimento em gestão de EPIs e EPCs;Noções de investigação e análise de acidentes de trabalho;Boa comunicação e capacidade de relacionamento com as equipes de campo;Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Rio Branco - AC.Informações adicionaisDiferenciaisExperiência prévia em canteiro de obras;Experiência em obras corporativas, institucionais, templos, varejo ou retrofit;Vivência em obras fora do domicílio, com equipe mobilizada;NR-18 e NR-35 válidos.BenefíciosVale-alimentação;Vale-transporte;Cesta básica;Assistência médica e odontológica;Seguro de vida;TotalPass;Ajuda de custo e alojamento para profissionais mobilizados de outra localidade (conforme política interna).
