Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAplicar o DDS – (Dialogo Diário de Segurança) nas obras;Realizar inspeções no canteiro de obras, para garantir uso correto de EPI´s (Equipamento de Proteção individual) e EPC´s (Equipamento de Proteção Coletivo), de acordo com os requisitos definidos na NR 18;Ministrar treinamentos para colaboradores efetivos e terceirizados;Receber, analisar, conferir e controlar a documentação dos profissionais e prestadores de serviços;Solicitar a compra de EPI´s quando necessário;Implementar e acompanhar CIPA (Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes);Realizar os checklist para liberação das atividades, máquinas e permissões de trabalho para mitigar o risco das atividades mais críticas;Realizar a implantação e manutenção dos procedimentos, planilhas de controles, definidos pelo sistema de gestão ISO 45.001, visando garantir a certificação da empresa;Fazer a gestão do PGR – Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos.Requisitos e qualificações Curso concluído de Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho e Registro no MTB;Carteira Nacional de Habilitação Categoria B;Curso concluído de NR 35 - Trabalhos em Altura (diferencial);Conhecimento básico de Pacote Office (diferencial);Vivência com método construtivo Parede de concreto e/ou alvenaria estrutural (diferencial);Experiência no segmento de Construção Civil em obras residenciais verticais - MCMV - (diferencial).Informações adicionais Benefícios:Assistência Médica;Vale Alimentação;Seguro de Vida;Previdência Privada;Vale Transporte;Convênio Farmácia;Day off de Aniversário;Parceria Gympass;PPR;Licença parental estendida – 6 meses para mães e 30 dias para pais;Condições especiais para adquirir o seu HM.
