E como "Créateurs de Convivialité", a nossa ambição é transformar cada interação social em uma experiência genuína e incrível. Essa cultura única é algo que você sente ao trabalhar na Pernod Ricard em qualquer lugar do mundo.Somos um blend perfeito: nosso sucesso vem da diversidade da nossa gente. Apoiamos o desenvolvimento de uma cultura inclusiva independente de gênero, orientação sexual, idade, raça, etnia, crença ou deficiência. Venha fazer parte desse time de Convivialistas na Pernod Ricard Brasil! 🥂Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSerá responsável por operacionalizar as atividades inerentes à área de Segurança e Saúde do Trabalho, envolvendo segurança individual, coletiva, patrimonial e riscos ambientais, observando as Normas de Segurança e legislação vigente, mantendo o controle de riscos de acidentes no trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPrincipais atividades: Realizar inspeção nos locais de trabalho, instalações e equipamentos da empresa, observando suas condições, para detectar fatores e riscos de Realizar inspeção nos locais de trabalho, instalações e equipamentos da empresa, observando suas condições,para detectar fatores e riscos de acidentes, sugerindo modificações e/ou reparos nos equipamentos ou instalações, para prevenir acidentes;Autorizar trabalhos de risco - trabalho a quente, ambiente confinado e trabalho em altura;Controlar a manutenção e inspeção dos equipamentos de combate a incêndio (Splinkers, válvulas de governo, alarmes, hidrantes, extintores, luminárias, bomba de incêndio, mangueiras), examinando-os para certificar-se de suas perfeitas condições de funcionamento;Coordenar o PGR - Programa de Prevenção de Riscos Ambientais, atendendo, a partir deste, os aspectos legais, minimizando os riscos ambientais e de acidentes do trabalho;Registrar, investigar e analisar de acidentes e doenças do trabalho;Controlar estatisticamente os acidentes;Emitir CAT – Comunicação de acidentes de trabalho;Assessorar à CIPA (documentação, eleição, auditorias, treinamento, campanhas), bem como participação nas reuniões ordinárias;Inspecionar, escolher e distribuir EPI´s e fardamentos aos funcionários, mantendo o controle de entrega / devolução dos mesmos;Promover treinamentos / campanhas relativas a área de saúde e segurança do trabalho;Manter atualizada a documentação nos sistemas operacionais da Cia;Acompanhar nas medições ambientais para elaboração de laudo técnico;Integrar novos funcionários / terceirizados, bem como prestadores de serviço;Acompanhar / promover treinamentos teórico e prático da Brigada de Emergência, preparando integrantes para atuarem corretamente em caso de sinistros;Organizar e realizar juntamente com a área de Meio Ambiente a SIPATMA – Semana Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes do Trabalho e Meio Ambiente;Auxiliar tecnicamente as demais áreas em relação à segurança com relação a novos projetos;Dar suporte necessário às iniciativas ligadas à QSE e contribuir para a manutenção e cumprimento das normas de gestão de qualidade, segurança e meio ambiente e segurança de alimentos estabelecidas pela companhia.Informações adicionaisNecessário formação técnica em Segurança do Trabalho; Desejável formação em Bombeiro Cívil;Experiência na área preferencialmente em industrias de Bens de Consumo;Conhecimento em BPF, APPCC, 5S, Perigos e Riscos/Aspectos e Impactos e Care (Treinamento de segurança global PR). NR 10, NR 12, NR 20, NR 33 e NR35.
