Efetuar negociações junto às seguradoras e clientes, visando a conversão e retenção de negócios. Transmitir propostas e acompanhar o processo até a emissão da apólice. Prestar suporte e esclarecimento de dúvidas aos clientes durante todas as etapas da contratação e renovação do seguro. Realizar ações de relacionamento, estímulo e engajamento com os clientes do canal Worksite. Acompanhar e controlar a produção mensal, contribuindo para o alcance dos resultados e metas da área. Monitorar pendências e garantir o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos. Sobre o canal Worksite: Trata-se de um canal exclusivo destinado ao atendimento dos colaboradores da empresa, oferecendo suporte na contratação e renovação de seguros, com foco em uma experiência consultiva e personalizada.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa em Gestão seguros, Operação de seguros, Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia nos ramos: Auto, residencial, vida, equipamentos portáteis, Pet e viagens.Experiência prévia com vendas ou operações de seguros.Conhecimento em cotação, negociação e transmissão de propostas de seguros.Familiaridade com processos de seguros novos e renovações.Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.Experiência com o sistema Quiver (diferencial). Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Facilidade para relacionamento interpessoal e atendimento consultivo.Capacidade de administrar múltiplas demandas e cumprir prazos.
