A Macnor Marine é referência nacional em soluções de engenharia naval, manutenção, retrofit e assistência técnica para embarcações e unidades offshore.Buscamos um profissional para compor nossa equipe de Propulsão, atuando no planejamento, coordenação e execução de serviços de manutenção, reparo, comissionamento e assistência técnica em sistemas de propulsão naval.Será responsável por garantir a excelência técnica das entregas, segurança das operações e satisfação dos clientes, atuando diretamente na interface entre clientes, equipe técnica, fornecedores e área comercial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades:Executar serviços de instalação, manutenção preventiva e corretiva e assistência técnica em sistemas de propulsão naval;Realizar diagnóstico de falhas, desmontagem, inspeção, reparo, montagem, ajustes e testes dos equipamentos;Atuar em atendimentos técnicos a bordo de embarcações, estaleiros, plataformas e bases operacionais, no Brasil e no exterior;Preparar e conferir materiais, ferramentas, instrumentos e documentos necessários para a execução dos serviços;Cumprir os procedimentos técnicos, requisitos contratuais, orientações dos fabricantes e normas de segurança;Realizar interface técnica com a equipe Macnor, clientes, tripulação, estaleiros e fabricantes durante os atendimentos;Registrar as atividades executadas e elaborar relatórios técnicos e documentação pós-serviço;Identificar necessidades de substituição de peças, reparos, melhorias e novos serviços, reportando-as à liderança;Orientar e apoiar Mecânicos e Assistentes Técnicos durante as intervenções em campo;Participar da análise de falhas e da implementação de ações corretivas;Zelar pela conservação e pelo controle dos equipamentos, materiais e ferramentas utilizados;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para a qualidade dos serviços prestados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Formação Técnica em Mecânica;CFT ativo;Experiência em manutenção e assistência técnica de sistemas de propulsão naval;Conhecimento em sistemas de propulsão convencionais e azimutais;Leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos;Inglês avançado — será testado;Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais;Disponibilidade para embarques offshore e atendimentos emergenciais.Diferenciais:Experiência em equipamentos Brunvoll.Conhecimento em: Thrusters Azimutais, CPP (Controllable Pitch Propeller), FPP, Gearboxes, Stern Tubes, Shaft Lines, Sistemas hidráulicos, Alinhamento a laser, Vibração, Balanceamento e Comissionamento.CBSP e T-HUET válidos.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos:Ambiente dinâmico e altamente técnico.Oportunidade de crescimento e aprendizado contínuo.Participação em projetos de grande relevância no setor naval e offshore.Pacote de benefícios compatível com o mercado.Plano de saúde (Para colaborador e dependentes, ambos com co-participação e extensivo aos cônjuges e filhos até 21 anos).Plano odontológico Sulamérica (Sem custo para colaborador e dependentes).Seguro de vida Icatu.Alimentação no local.Caju benefícios (Mobilidade)/ Jaé / Riocard.Wellhub (Antigo GymPass).
