Suas principais atribuições incluem:Suporte e Atendimento:Tratar incidentes, problemas, requisições e mudanças relacionados aos serviços de atendimento de sistemas e suporte técnico de microinformática.Realizar o registro de requisições e reclamações feitas pelos usuários.Realizar acesso remoto a computadores institucionais para orientar usuários e realizar configurações baseadas em orientações superiores.Hardware e Software:Realizar a instalação, configuração e atualização de softwares e hardwares.Fornecer suporte a estações de trabalho (desktops, notebooks, tablets), periféricos (impressoras, scanners, webcams) e aparelhos de VOIP.Criar e instalar imagens padrão (clones) de estações de trabalho e notebooks.Efetuar a substituição de peças de equipamentos de informática fora de garantia.Infraestrutura e Rede:Prestar suporte a equipamentos de rede Wi-Fi, access points, switches e firewalls.Realizar a montagem, desmontagem e organização de racks de equipamentos.Realizar visitas técnicas programadas nas unidades da capital e interior para solução de demandas.Gestão de Dados e Segurança:Executar e restaurar cópias de segurança (backup) localizadas nas estações de trabalho.Manter o inventário de ativos de TIC identificado e atualizado.Elaborar e atualizar procedimentos e scripts de atendimento para a Base de Conhecimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade:Comprovar, por meio de declaração, estar cursando Curso Superior na Área de TI (em andamento/cursando com matrícula ativa) ou apresentar certificado/diploma de conclusão de Curso Superior na Área de TI, devidamente reconhecido pelo MEC.Certificações, Cursos e Treinamentos:Certificação ou Certificado do curso oficial de ITIL 4 Foundation ou superior, prazo de 45 dias após contratação.Certificação Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate ou superior, prazo de 45 dias após contratação.Curso de, pelo menos, 12 (doze) horas de qualificação em COBIT 5 ou superior OU ISO 20000 (certificações também são aceitas).Curso de Linux com carga horária mínima de 20 (vinte) horas, podendo ser aceita certificação na área.Curso de redes de computadores com carga horária mínima de 40 (quarenta) horas ou superior.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Plano de saúde Hapvida, Bradesco Saúde ou Unimed(de acordo com a disponibilidade do local);Plano odontológico Hapvida Odonto ou Bradesco dental;Vale Alimentação ou Refeição Alelo Seguro de vida 100% custeado pela Lanlink;Convênio farmácia;Convênio faculdades;Total Pass;Plataforma de educação interna;Plataforma Moodar(Plataforma para Terapia com valores diferenciados para colaboradores Lanlink)
