Prover abertura, categorização e priorização das demandas, efetuando o diagnóstico, atendimento e resoluções dos chamados (Incidentes e Requisições) que competem ao segundo nível do referido contrato.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesInvestigar / Diagnosticar incidentes e requisições de serviços de microinformática e CFTV;Executar instruções técnicas;Notificar o usuário, quando escalonamento de chamados impliquem em alteração dos níveis de atendimento do mesmo;Executar instruções técnicas remotamente;Executar atividades de manutenção em laboratório, compreendendo a reparação de equipamentos e periféricos;Efetuar visita técnica para análise situacional dos equipamentos de TIC (inspeção e inventário), em especial computadores e periféricos;Registrar no Sistema de Gerenciamento de Demandas detalhes do tratamento dado aos chamados de forma a manter um histórico que possa ser útil;Criar / Manter / Atualizar documentos de base de conhecimento, procedimentos de atendimento (Scripts), FAQ's, etc.Executar atividades de: Suporte, manutenção e configuração de Sistemas Operacionais, Software Aplicativos e Administrativos em equipamentos do contrato e de equipamentos pessoais de usuários autorizados para o teletrabalho;Criar documentação de rotinas técnico-operacionais;Procedimentos de monitoração;Operação de sistemas de infraestrutura da rede corporativa;Manutenção preventiva e corretiva de hardware (desktops, notebooks e periféricos) e infraestrutura de rede de dados; Instalação e configuração de equipamentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Nível Médio completo acrescido de curso Técnico Profissionalizante na área de TI ou cursando ensino superior na área de TI.Experiências Profissionais:Experiência em suporte técnico em microinformática (hardware, software, impressoras e antivírus);Experiência em Instalação e configuração de softwares aplicativos e de escritório;Experiência em instalação e configuração do Windows 10;Desejável experiência em atendimento de chamados de acordo com as melhoras práticas da ITIL.Conhecimentos:Conhecimento em análise de dados será um diferencial;Sólidos conhecimentos em configurações e reparos em sistema operacional Microsoft Windows e ferramentas Microsoft Office;Conhecimento em montagem, manutenção de microcomputadores e notebooks;Conhecimentos em redes de dados (cabeamento, switch, roteadores e Wi-Fi);Conhecimentos em manutenção de circuitos CFTV;Conhecimentos básicos em segurança da informação;Desejável conhecimento na gestão de ativos (entrada e saída de equipamentos);Desejável conhecimento com a ferramenta de administração de computadores Microsoft System Center, Políticas de Grupo (GPO), Unidade Organizacional (OU) e Controles de Domínio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursos:Necessário certificado de participação e conclusão, de curso de 20 horas de qualificação em ITIL Foundation V3 ou superior ou certificação em ITIL Foundation V3 ou superior;Necessário certificado de participação e conclusão, curso de Microsoft Windows 7 ou superior com carga horária mínima de 40 horas ou certificação MCP em Microsoft Windows 7 ou superior.Conhecimentos:Conhecimento básico de manutenção (hardware e software) e operação de microcomputadores;Conhecimento básico de redes de computadores, TCP/IP;Conhecimento básico de equipamentos de rede (switches e pontos de acesso de redes sem fio);Possuir conhecimento técnico na área de TIC, compatíveis com as atividades a serem desenvolvidas.Experiência Profissional:Possuir experiência em atividades de suporte técnico e redes de computadores.Informações adicionaisNossos benefícios:Plano de saúde Hapvida, Bradesco ou Unimed (conforme valores da CCT da região);Plano odontológico Hapvida Odonto ou Bradesco Dental;Vale Alimentação ou Refeição;Seguro de vida 100% custeado pela Lanlink;Totalpass;Convênio Farmácia;Convênio Faculdades;Plataforma de Educação Corporativa;Plataforma Moodar.
