Missão do Cargo: Prestar suporte técnico presencial ou por telefone ao usuário, resolvendo problema relativo ao funcionamento dos computadores da empresa ou cliente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades:· Efetuar a substituição e remanejamento de módulos e equipamentos conforme demanda e planejamento prévio;· Substituir itens de suprimentos e manutenção de equipamentos em geral (microcomputadores, impressoras laser, por exemplo);· Realizar pequenos reparos em componentes de serviços disponibilizados aos usuários (equipamentos, sistemas, documentação técnica/normativa etc.);· Instalar e configurar softwares em microcomputadores de usuários;· Elaborar scripts e packages ou instalação de softwares.· Efetuar a geração e aplicação de imagens de computadores;· Efetuar a ativação, testes e desativação de pontos de rede e equipamentos de TI em geral;· Executar serviços de cabeamento de rede tipo “par trançado 10/100 mbps” obedecendo ao padrão de conectorização já adotado;· Efetuar a execução e restauração de back-up e procedimentos periódicos de rotina;· Efetuar a elaboração de instruções de configuração e de operação de equipamentos e Softwares;· Realizar contatos com os usuários para obtenção de detalhes adicionais a respeito das solicitações não disponibilizadas no primeiro contato, na tentativa de solucionar o problema;· Prestar orientações e dicas quanto ao uso de funcionalidades e facilidades disponíveis nos softwares básicos, aplicativos, sistemas de informações e equipamentos em geral;· Realizar instalação e configuração de impressoras através do protocolo TCP/IP;· Esclarecer dúvidas de clientes sobre configuração, instalação, funcionamento e manutenção de equipamentos e componentes de informática;· Efetuar o recebimento das soluções e fechamento das ocorrências e solicitações no sistema de Service Desk;· Executar outras tarefas correlatas a função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica:Ensino superior cursandoExperiência Profissional:Experiência em serviços de field service e atividades correlatas a função.Informações adicionaisNossos Benefícios:Plano de saúde Hapvida, Bradesco Saúde ou Unimed(de acordo com a disponibilidade do local);Plano odontológico Hapvida Odonto ou Bradesco dental;Vale Alimentação ou Refeição Alelo Seguro de vida 100% custeado pela Lanlink;Vale transporte;Convênio farmácia;Convênio faculdades;Totalpass;Plataforma de educação interna;Kit Bem-vindo ao mundo bebê;Plataforma Moodar (Plataforma para Terapia)
