O profissional será responsável pelo primeiro nível de atendimento e monitoramento de incidentes, atuando como ponto inicial de contato entre clientes e as equipes técnicas responsáveis pela resolução.As principais responsabilidades incluem:Realizar o primeiro atendimento de incidentes por telefone, e-mail, sistema de chamados e ferramentas de monitoramento;Acompanhar alertas, eventos e disponibilidade dos ambientes monitorados, identificando situações que demandem atuação técnica;Registrar, classificar, priorizar e direcionar chamados para as equipes responsáveis;Executar troubleshooting inicial, seguindo procedimentos e artigos disponíveis na base de conhecimento;Resolver chamados de menor complexidade dentro do escopo e conhecimento do N1;Acompanhar chamados pendentes, realizando cobranças e escalonamentos quando não houver interação do cliente ou atuação técnica por período superior a 24 horas;Apoiar a gestão de configurações e acompanhamento operacional dos ambientes;Garantir o correto encaminhamento dos incidentes, incluindo responsável, categorização e prioridade;Manter os registros dos chamados atualizados, garantindo rastreabilidade e cumprimento dos SLAs;Elaborar relatórios de atendimento, incidentes e indicadores operacionais.Perfil esperado: profissional organizado, com boa comunicação, senso de prioridade e capacidade de seguir processos. É importante possuir conhecimentos básicos de infraestrutura, redes, sistemas operacionais, ferramentas de monitoramento e práticas de gestão de incidentes, preferencialmente com conhecimento em ITIL.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrimeiro atendimento de incidentes via telefone, e-mail e sistema de suporte e software de monitoramento; Acompanhamento do monitoramento, gestão de configurações e abertura de chamados caso necessário;Acompanhamento de chamados abertos e sem resposta pelo cliente ou sem ação da equipe do SNOC por mais de 24 horas;Troubleshooting básico para encaminhamento dos incidentes, com endereçamento ao responsável que atenderá e ajuste de prioridade;Atendimento de pequenos chamados com pleno domínio de tecnologia e disponibilidade, através de knowledgeBase;Confecção de relatórios de atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Mínimo 02 anos de experiência na área de TI;Conceitos básicos de rede computadores baseados em TCP/IP;Conceitos básicos e práticas de sistemas operacionais UNIX-LINE OU LINUX, MICROSOFT, WINDOWS 2000/2003/XP.Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS DE SER VISION! 🧡Na Vision, a segurança começa com pessoas.
