Procuramos um profissional com sólida bagagem técnica, alta capacidade analítica e postura resolutiva para atuar na solução de problemas complexos, garantindo a estabilidade dos ambientes e a evolução contínua dos processos.A vaga é para regime presencial, em Uberlândia, com jornada integral de 44 horas semanais, de segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Prestar suporte técnico especializado a usuários nos sistemas Windows e macOS. Prestar primeiro atendimento, registrar chamados e acompanhar resoluções;Realizar o setup, a configuração e processo de investigação avançado em ativos de rede, como roteadores, switches e Access Points (APs).Diagnosticar e resolver problemas avançados relacionados a ferramentas de escritório (pacote Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace), e documentar procedimentos.Elaborar laudos técnicos detalhados, documentar procedimentos e manter a base de conhecimento atualizada. Executar envio de e-mails marketing e gerenciar o site em WordPress;Apoiar criação de banners e materiais no Corel Draw;Experiência desejada:Procuramos um profissional com base técnica em infraestrutura de redes e versatilidade para atuar no suporte avançado de múltiplos sistemas operacionais (Windows, macOS e Linux), garantindo a estabilidade operacional e a conectividade do ambiente corporativo.

Requisitos e qualificações Pacote Office (avançado);Suporte a hardware e software em estações de trabalho;Redes (configuração e diagnóstico intermediário - roteadores, switches e Access Points);Habilidade de organização e multitarefas;Proatividade; Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Comunicação assertiva e respeitosa;Boa capacidade de trabalho sob pressão;Capacidade de aprendizagem rápida;Alta capacidade de concentração, foco e gestão de prioridades.Diferenciais:Cursos ou formação superior na área.Entendimento técnico em Linux (navegação via terminal, permissões e análise de logs).Perfil DesejadoBuscamos uma pessoa proativa, com excelente capacidade de trabalho em equipe e habilidade de comunicação clara e empática com diversos públicos.
