Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar e realizar ajustes nos sistemas utilizados pela empresa.

Administrar Google Workspace, Google Drive e a infraestrutura de e-mails.

Prestar suporte técnico para falhas em sistemas, internet, e-mails e fechamento de caixa.

Realizar manutenção e atualização de computadores e demais equipamentos de informática.

Diagnosticar problemas de redes e conectividade, propondo soluções adequadas.

Recomendar equipamentos e melhorias de infraestrutura conforme as necessidades da operação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios

Ensino médio completo.

Experiência mínima de 1 ano com suporte técnico e manutenção de infraestrutura de TI para empresas.

Experiência com sistemas corporativos, contas de e-mail e armazenamento em nuvem.

Vivência com diagnóstico de problemas em equipamentos, redes e conectividade.

Experiência com atendimento remoto e presencial a usuários.

Conhecimento em Google Workspace, Google Drive, redes, internet e conectividade.

Conhecimento em manutenção de computadores, infraestrutura de e-mails, backups e segurança de acessos.

Conhecimento em configuração, parametrização e suporte a sistemas corporativos.

Diferenciais ⭐

Experiência com sistemas de varejo, frente de caixa ou operações comerciais.

Vivência no atendimento simultâneo a diferentes empresas ou unidades.
