A Vibra é uma empresa do ramo de alimentos que está em pleno crescimento e expansão, reconhecida pela excelência em qualidade e foco em inovação.Acreditamos que com comprometimento e foco no resultado conseguimos criar experiências ricas e duradouras, não somente produtos, pensamos em nossos clientes e almejamos proporcionar qualidade de vida para nossos times.Você pode contribuir para fazer a diferença, aplicando seus conhecimentos e experiências.Esperamos que você chegue com visão crítica, senso de dono e capacidade de propor melhorias desde o início.Venha fazer parte do nosso time!#VIBRA #SOMOSNATResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber e interpretar ordens de serviço, estimando o tempo de execução, especificando materiais e componentes eletromecânicos e eletrônicos;Analisar históricos de manutenção, estimando o tempo e período para a realização das mesmas em conjunto com a área de PCM; Montar e desmontar motores, máquinas em geral e equipamentos, realizando a manutenção necessária para aprimorar ou corrigir a performance do equipamento;Calibrar equipamentos e nivelar máquinas e conjuntos mecânicos, eliminando resíduos e medindo os parâmetros dimensionais; Repassar orientações e efetuar treinamentos na realização de manutenções de equipamentos eletrônicos para operadores e demais manutentores, de forma a padronizar a operação da máquina conforme especificações técnicas;Analisar históricos de manutenção, estimando o tempo e período para a realização das mesmas em conjunto com a área de PCM; Instalar sistemas estruturados com base em projeto prévio, resguardando a segurança, ergonômica, mecânica, física, química e biológica dos trabalhadores envolvidos;Verificar tensões dos sistemas, resistências dos componentes eletroeletrônicos, medir correntes dos circuitos, fator de potência e aterramento e isolação;Elaborar relatórios de serviços registrando ocorrências de anomalias e dados de operações realizadas, criando os devidos históricos para servirem como subsídio futuro de manutenção de equipamentos;Registrar utilização de peças e materiais, tempo de manutenção, modificações e melhorias e resultados de peças e materiais em teste; Adaptar componentes e acessórios de peças e equipamentos, avaliando a performance dos equipamentos em função da melhoria de desempenho;Executar manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva em máquinas, equipamentos e processos produtivos inclusive nas partes que envolvem painéis elétricos, automatizações e controles automáticos de processos;Executar e preencher ordens de serviço preventivas, corretivas e preditivas tanto elétricas quanto mecânicas, pneumáticas, hidráulicas e de vapor;Contribuir para organização do setor de trabalho através de rotinas de limpeza e organização, mantendo um ambiente saudável e seguro;Observar e respeitar as normas de segurança necessárias à sua atividade, preservando sua integridade física e de seus colegas de trabalho.Atender aos preceitos Halal;Realizar as atividades da área, dando suporte à empresa, participando de acordo com sua responsabilidade na produção de alimentos de forma ética, legal e lícita, com compromisso na melhoria contínua da cultura de segurança, qualidade dos alimentos e respeito ao meio ambiente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos: Formação completa em Eletromecânica;Experiência acima de 1 ano na área;Conhecimento em informática básica;Conhecimento na manutenção elétrica e mecânica;NR 10 e 35.Desejável:Superior em andamento em Engenharia Eletrica/Mecânica, Manutenção Industrial ou afins;NR 12 e 33.
