Responsabilidades e atribuições Objetivo do cargo Atuar no acompanhamento e controle das operações de transporte, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos de coleta e entrega, o monitoramento das cargas em trânsito e a rápida tratativa de ocorrências. Será responsável pela interface com transportadoras, fornecedores e áreas internas, contribuindo para a eficiência, segurança e qualidade da operação logística.

Principais responsabilidades

Realizar o acompanhamento diário das operações de transporte, desde a programação da coleta até a entrega no destino. Monitorar veículos e cargas em trânsito, acompanhando horários, rotas, previsões de chegada e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos. Realizar contato com motoristas, transportadoras e áreas internas para atualização do status das entregas. Identificar, registrar e acompanhar ocorrências de transporte, como atrasos, problemas de rota, veículos parados, insucessos de entrega e demais desvios operacionais. Atuar na tratativa das ocorrências, buscando soluções junto às transportadoras e demais envolvidos. Atualizar sistemas, planilhas e controles de acompanhamento de transporte. Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da operação, como OTIF, prazo de entrega, índice de ocorrências, nível de serviço e cumprimento da programação. Apoiar a programação e reprogramação de coletas e entregas conforme as necessidades da operação. Garantir o correto registro das informações e evidências relacionadas às entregas. Elaborar e disponibilizar relatórios de acompanhamento para a gestão. Apoiar a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de transporte. Cumprir os procedimentos internos de segurança, qualidade e compliance da operação.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos

Curso Técnico em Logística completo ou em andamento. Experiência com logística, transporte, monitoramento de cargas ou acompanhamento de entregas. Conhecimento em Excel e ferramentas de controle de informações. Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com transportadoras e motoristas. Organização e capacidade de trabalhar com acompanhamento de múltiplas entregas simultaneamente. Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado à solução de problemas.

Diferenciais

Experiência em operações logísticas do setor automotivo ou indústria. Conhecimento em sistemas TMS, WMS ou plataformas de gerenciamento de transporte. Conhecimento em rastreamento e gerenciamento de veículos. Experiência com indicadores logísticos e elaboração de relatórios. Conhecimento em Power BI.
