Esta oportunidade faz parte do modelo misto de recrutamento do CNPEM e está aberta a candidaturas de profissionais internos e externos simultaneamente.

O grupo de Suporte, Operação e Manutenção do LNLS (SOM) tem como missão integrar competências técnicas de forma multidisciplinar para realizar a gestão de ativos, prestar apoio à operação e promover a disponibilidade e aumento de confiabilidade das instalações cientificas do LNLS. A equipe exerce função de interface e mediação com outros grupos, com objetivo de apoiar a operação integradas das instalações. A equipe é responsável pelo suporte de nível 1, atuando no diagnóstico e resolução de problemas em diversas áreas, como controle de vácuo, softwares de controle, automação, mecatrônica, utilidades, infraestrutura de controle e instalações elétricas (220V, 380V, UPS). Gerencia o estoque técnico, realiza manutenção das instalações científicas e participa colaborativamente com diversas equipes em melhorias de sistemas e equipamentos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar o diagnóstico de falhas em sistemas e equipamentos, apoiar a equipe com a identificação e resolução de problemas técnicos e auxiliar os usuários com problemas de operação; Prestar o atendimento e execução dos diferentes tipos de solicitação de manutenção, apoio para analise e coleta de dados dos equipamentos e sistemas, aplicar técnicas de manutenção, seguir rotinas e procedimentos de manutenção; Auxiliar na inspeção de componentes e equipamentos, fazer a verificação de parâmetros de operação através de ferramentas e procedimentos internos, fazer rondas de inspeção em equipamentos e sistemas; Realizar montagens, ajustes, reparos/melhorias e manutenção de equipamentos e sistemas mecatrônicos e de automação; Realizar manutenção e melhoria nos sistemas de automação e controle; Elaborar documentos técnicos, listas de materiais e relatórios técnicos; Manter a organização, controle de materiais, ferramentas e equipamentos de trabalho; Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de planos e rotinas de manutenção; Auxiliar na movimentação de materiais sob gestão da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos:

Disponibilidade para atuar das 13h00 ás 22h00;Formação técnica completa em Mecânica, Mecatrônica ou Eletromecânica; Experiência em atividades de montagem, instalação e manutenção de sistemas e equipamentos mecatrônicos; Conhecimentos em desenho técnico, pneumática e hidráulica; Conhecimentos de sistemas de automação; Ter domínio na utilização de equipamentos, ferramentas e instrumentos de medição; Conhecimento de práticas de segurança aplicáveis as atividades de manutenção.

Desejável:

Conhecimento de sistemas de vácuo; Conhecimentos de sistemas de automação e programação de CLPs; Conhecimento de ferramentas e técnicas de análise de problemas;Inglês básico (Para leitura técnica).
