Atuamos com profissionais qualificados, tecnologia de ponta e atendimento dinâmico, oferecendo serviços de implantação, operação e manutenção, além de suporte remoto e presencial.Valorizamos o desenvolvimento profissional, o trabalho em equipe e a construção de um ambiente colaborativo, que estimule o aprendizado contínuo e a excelência na entrega.Acreditamos na diversidade como um valor essencial e garantimos igualdade de oportunidades a todas as pessoas candidatas qualificadas, respeitando as diferenças e promovendo um ambiente inclusivo.Responsabilidades y atribuciones Estamos procurando um Analista de Monitoração de Redes para atuar na monitoração contínua da infraestrutura crítica de redes, garantindo alta disponibilidade e desempenho dos serviços.Este profissional será parte essencial do time de operações, com foco em monitorar, identificar, analisar e resolver incidentes, além de contribuir para melhorias nos processos de monitoração e automação dos eventos..Responsabilidades:Monitorar dos ativos de rede e serviços utilizando ferramentas específicas do NOC.Detectar, analisar e atuar na resolução de incidentes , garantindo os SLAs estabelecidos.Escalar incidentes conforme procedimentos internos.Desenvolver e implementar automação de eventos (scripts, integrações, orquestração).Contribuir para a evolução das práticas de monitoração e integração com sistemas de gestão.Contribuir com sugestões para otimização dos processos e ferramenta

Requisitos y calificacionesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação, Redes ou áreas correlatas.Experiência  e sólidos conhecimentos em Routing and SwitchingConhecimento aprofundado em redes backbone (roteadores, switches, MPLS, BGP).Experiência com ferramentas de monitoração.Automação de processos e eventos (scripts, APIs, ferramentas de orquestração).Disponibilidade de atuar das 14:00 às 22:52 em Osasco/SP.Desejável: Certificação CCNA ou equivalente.Informaciones adicionalesBenefícios:🩺 Assistência médica🦷 Assistência odontológica👶 Auxílio-creche💰 Participação nos lucros🛡️ Seguro de vida🛒 Vale-alimentação🍽️ Vale-refeição🚌 Vale-transporte
