Inscreva-se no nosso banco de talentos e ajude a moldar o futuro da mobilidade com a BYD.Junte-se a nós nessa jornada revolucionária!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar e garantir a execução dos processos produtivos, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões definidos para os postos de trabalho na montagem de motores.Realizar inspeções e análises de processo na linha de produção, verificando a adequação e o funcionamento de equipamentos, ferramentas, dispositivos e meios de produção, atuando na identificação e tratamento de anomalias.Analisar e solucionar problemas relacionados ao processo produtivo, incluindo falhas de montagem, defeitos de fabricação, desvios de processo e paradas de linha, buscando garantir a continuidade e estabilidade da produção.Atuar na melhoria contínua dos processos, contribuindo para o aumento dos indicadores de produtividade e eficiência, como UPPH e OEE, além da redução de perdas, retrabalhos e defeitos.Implementar e acompanhar ações de prevenção de falhas, incluindo dispositivos poka-yoke, melhorias em ferramentas, métodos e parâmetros de processo, visando aumentar a qualidade e a confiabilidade da produção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica em Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Elétrica, Automação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência profissional como Técnico de Processos, Técnico de Produção ou em atividades relacionadas a processos industriais, preferencialmente em indústria automotiva ou de manufatura;Capacidade de identificar, analisar e solucionar anomalias e problemas de processo no ambiente fabril;Conhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade e melhoria contínua será considerado um diferencial;Desejável conhecimento em OEE, UPPH, poka-yoke, análise de causa e ações corretivas/preventivas;Boa capacidade de comunicação, organização e trabalho em equipe;Disponibilidade de horários e para atuação em turnos, conforme necessidade da operação;Informações adicionaisAqui na BYD priorizamos o bem-estar de nossos colaboradores e estamos em busca constante de melhorias para o nosso pacote de benefícios.
