Atualizar e organizar toda a documentação do SGQ, bem como a alimentação dos indicadores estabelecidos (como avaria, reclamação e auditoria) para garantir a manutenção do SGQ;Assistir à unidade fabril no cumprimento dos padrões estabelecidos pelo do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, manter a documentação atualizada, realizar e acompanhar auditorias manter-se sempre atento aos indicadores dos processos, manter as áreas informadas sobre as avaliações dos processos;Monitorar e controlar as atividades de inspeção dos materiais, mantendo-se atualizado quanto aos produtos e processos de cada fornecedor e controlar informações de materiais não conforme.Planejar suas atividades de forma a otimizar o tempo de realização das análises, garantindo assim resultados analíticos em tempo hábil, de acordo com as prioridades de cada análise. Realizar o controle dos resultados analíticos, dos insumos e produtos acabado, da água do poço. Checar os resultados tendenciosos ao limite máximo de sua especificação, tomando ações preventivas e corretivas com o intuito de se evitar resultados analíticos fora de faixa (comunicando sempre ao seu superior imediato). Promover treinamentos, sempre que necessários, aos colaboradores da unidade e propor continuamente idéias para a melhoria do setor.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesArquivar e manter os documentos de acordo com a organização e a periodicidade estabelecida pelo Sistema da qualidade.Preencher documentos do S. G. Q.Controlar documentação.Elaborar e organizar o material, disponibilizando recursos físicos para a execução de treinamentos.Registrar e acompanhar as reclamações dos clientes externos.Inspecionar materiais.Registrar todas as não conformidades encontradas na inspeção de materiais.Levantar os itens críticos de cada tipo de material junto a cada seção.Arquivar documentos do S. G.
