Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar e analisar os documentos de segurança (PGR, PPP, PCMSO e LTCAT);Controlar os EPIs e uniformes;Realizar reuniões e treinamentos de segurança nos CDs;Realizar inspeções regulares nas instalações da empresa, através do Checklist de SST, a fim de identificar possíveis riscos de segurança;Analisar e investigar doenças e/ou acidentes de trabalho, coletando informações e elaborando relatórios para preenchimento de CAT;Assegurar que a CIPA esteja ativa e em funcionamento nas unidades obrigatórias;Elaborar cronograma para acompanhamento do DDS (Diálogo Semanal de Segurança);Analisar e conduzir os indicadores da área de segurança;Fazer gestão de NR's e demais legislações, para garantir a adequação da empresa;Implementar programas preventivos e/ou corretivos. Bem como, propor melhorias para a área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento e domínio da área de segurança;Experiência comprovada;Técnico completo em Segurança do Trabalho;Possuir proatividade, senso de urgência, organização e bom relacionamento interpessoal.
