Estamos em busca de um profissional proativo e comprometido para atuar na segurança do trabalho.Se você possui o foco em garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, promover a prevenção de acidentes e colaborar diretamente com equipes operacionais e gestão, essa oportunidade é para você! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealização de inspeções periódicas de veículos e documentações dos motoristas, assegurando o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos de segurança;Controle de checklists operacionais, documentos legais e plano de manutenção de veículos;Monitoramento, identificação de riscos e atuação na correção de situações que possam gerar acidentes ou danos;Condução de investigações de acidentes e incidentes, definindo ações corretivas e preventivas para evitar recorrências;Apoio direto aos programas de segurança da Cootravale e de seus clientes, garantindo a implementação das diretrizes corporativas;Elaboração de relatórios técnicos, ordens de serviço e demais documentos relacionados à segurança do trabalho;Aplicação de treinamentos com foco na prevenção de acidentes e na conscientização dos colaboradores;Instrução contínua a motoristas, cooperados e terceiros sobre procedimentos operacionais e práticas seguras no trabalho;Distribuição e Controles de EPIs para colaboradores e orientação sobre uso correto;Participação em reuniões com equipes internas e clientes, promovendo a cultura de segurança;Colaboração na criação de planos de ação para melhorias contínuas nas rotinas de segurança;Acompanhamento e análise de indicadores de desempenho da área de segurança;Atuação em auditorias internas e externas, assegurando a conformidade com as normas regulamentadoras e mantendo as certificações exigidas;Apoio na implementação de programas de saúde ocupacional;Atualização constante sobre mudanças na legislação e normas aplicáveis à segurança do trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho;Desejável experiência anterior com segurança em transportes ou cooperativas;Será um diferencial possuir experiência com inspeções, auditorias e investigações de acidentes;Desejável conhecimento em elaboração de relatórios e análise de riscos.Informações adicionaisVRVTVAPlano de SaúdePlano OdontológicoSeguro de vida.Localização: Marginal Engenheiro Elias Antônio Zattar, s/n - Distrito Industrial
