Buscamos um Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho para contribur por meio do controle de processos, atendimento às exigências legais, acompanhamento de indicadores e suporte às unidades da empresa, garantindo a conformidade das rotinas de SST e promovendo a cultura de prevenção.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar e manter atualizada toda a documentação de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho.Gerenciar os registros de entrega, substituição e controle de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs).Controlar a realização de exames ocupacionais e apoiar os processos relacionados à saúde ocupacional.Elaborar relatórios, indicadores e apresentações gerenciais de Segurança do Trabalho.Acompanhar o cumprimento de planos de ação provenientes de auditorias, inspeções e investigações de acidentes.Realizar a gestão de documentos relacionados a acidentes e incidentes, mantendo registros atualizados.Controlar licenças, certificados e documentação legal relacionados à área.Atender colaboradores e gestores em demandas relacionadas à Segurança do Trabalho, esclarecendo dúvidas e orientando quanto aos procedimentos internos.Auxiliar na elaboração, revisão e atualização de procedimentos, normas internas e instruções de trabalho.Acompanhar indicadores da área, propondo melhorias nos processos administrativos de SST.Dar suporte às unidades da empresa nas demandas relacionadas à Segurança do Trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico completo em Segurança do Trabalho.Registro profissional ativo.Conhecimentos em Legislação de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e controle de documentação legal de SST.Pacote Office (Excel intermediário será um diferencial).Informações adicionaisVale alimentaçãoPrograma de Metas e Bônus (PMB)Vale transportePlano de saúdePlano odontológicoFretado da empresaCesta de natalFIST Energia (desconto nas faturas de energia)Descontos em nossos produtosOportunidade de crescimento
