Responsável pela manutenção das condições de segurança e saúde no trabalho visando prevenir e reduzir os riscos de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais, para as unidades que for designado.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar Atualização de PGR,Elaborar PPPCriar e ou atualizar procedimentos e formulários de segurança do trabalho, treinando os setores envolvidos direta ou indiretamente para conscientização dos preceitos de segurança e saúde ocupacional.Realizar análise de riscos em atividades / máquinas;Inspeção e auditorias com foco em segurança;Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios, defesas e laudos;Assegurar que os treinamentos específicos e obrigatórios das NR’s – Normas Regulamentadores, das equipes operacionais sejam aplicados e permaneçam dentro da validade;Acompanhar o plano de ação do PGR, auxiliando os responsáveis por cada item de melhoria apontada no cronograma, contribuindo com a mitigação de não conformidades dentro do prazo estipulado;Auxiliar os líderes/responsáveis de cada área na aplicação de DDS em seus respectivos setores, para conscientização de comportamento seguro a fim de se evitar acidentes.Conduzir investigação de eventuais acidentes com funcionários ou terceiros até a conclusão satisfatória, elaboração de plano de ação e envio do alerta de segurança.Criar e compartilhar notificações de condições inseguras e acidentes ocorridos na área;Garantir atuação da CIPA dentro das exigências legais e apoiar com conteúdo técnico sempre que necessário/demandado.Controle de documentação de saúde e segurança do trabalho de funcionários e terceiros;Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Técnica na área;Domínio das NRs e legislações pertinentes à segurança do trabalho;Habilidade para ministrar treinamentos/DDS sobre segurança aos colaboradores;Conhecimento gestão de produtos químicos;Conhecimento em ergonomia e higiene ocupacional;Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão SST;Disponibilidade para atuar no turno 2 - Tarde (de segunda à sexta das 14:00 às 22:00 e sábado das 13:00 às 20:00).Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Assistência MédicaAssistência OdontológicaAuxílio Farmácia Auxílio ÓticaAuxílio CrecheTransporte FretadoBicicletárioEstacionamentoPrêmio assiduidadeRefeitório no localConsignadoParticipação nos Lucros ou ResultadosSeguro de VidaTotalPass
