A hora de fazer parte de um time comprometido, acolhedor e que leva saúde para milhões de pessoas, é agora!Estamos na busca de profissionais para compor a nossa equipe!Se você é comprometido(a) e apaixonado(a) por novos desafios, aqui é o seu lugar! Faça seu cadastro e envie seu currículo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber o plantão e prestar assistência de enfermagem segura, humanizada e individualizada aos clientes;Realizar check list do funcionamento dos equipamentos, garantindo que estejam em perfeitas condições de uso;Executar atividades de limpeza, desinfecção, higienização de materiais e equipamentos, bem como seu armazenamento e distribuição;Sinalizar qualquer dano ou necessidade de reparo em equipamentos, informando imediatamente ao enfermeiro para requisitar a Ordem de Serviço (OS);Utilizar adequadamente os Equipamentos de proteção individual (EPIs);Acolher, prestar orientações e esclarecimentos aos clientes e familiares;Acompanhar o cliente nos procedimentos de internações, orientando-os sobre os exames e as consultas a serem realizadas;Realizar verificação dos sinais vitais;Realizar coleta de sangue de capilares sanguíneos (glicemia capilar);Realizar punção de acesso periférico;Administrar medicações conforme prescrição médica, realizando diluição quando necessário;Prestar assistência imediata aos clientes em casos de intercorrência durante o plantão;Realizar ou auxiliar na higienização do cliente;Auxiliar na alimentação do cliente, quando necessário;Realizar balanço hídrico e controle de drenos, conforme rotina e registrar em prontuário;Realizar os cuidados e preparo do corpo pós-morte;Recolher materiais (máscaras de aerossol, chicote, laringoscópio, etc.) e entregar no setor do expurgo, visando à limpeza e esterilização dos materiais;Registrar no Prontuário eletrônico do paciente (PEP) os pedidos de medicamentos para os clientes, as prescrições médicas, a observação de enfermagem e as ocorrências do plantão;Participar periodicamente de reuniões com a equipe de enfermagem;Realizar o controle dos medicamentos, envolvendo o recebimento da farmácia, conferência e armazenamento;Zelar permanentemente pelo estado funcional dos aparelhos que competem à unidade;Cumprir às normas, procedimentos ou instruções de trabalho, conforme sua área de atuação, estabelecidos pela empresa ou legislação em vigor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino médio completo;Curso Técnico em Enfermagem concluído;Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN);Experiência na área de Hemodiálise;Informações adicionaisCarga Horária:180:00 | 6x1Unidade:Hospital Medical | Av.
