Vamos juntos construir a melhor comunidade de saúde que o mundo já viu! 😉Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:Assistir ao Enfermeiro Supervisor SH como referência e facilitador no dia a dia da operação SH no âmbito hospitalar, sendo a principal interface técnica com o Serviço de Enfermagem do Hospital, visando dar agilidade e contribuir para a eficácia dos processos de assistência e cuidados ao paciente hospitalizado portador de doença renal aguda ou crônica.Cumprir a prescrição médica na sua integridade, realizando a diálise à beira do leito por meio de atuação direta e exercendo as atividades assistenciais de enfermagem para este tipo de tratamento, utilizando as melhores práticas das normas e rotinas técnicas, operacionais e administrativas estabelecidas pela Franqueadora e legislação vigente, garantindo a melhor qualidade do tratamento e segurança do paciente.Garantir o tratamento de diálise seguro realizando adequado preparo dos equipamentos e sistema de diálise, conexão e desconexão do paciente conforme protocolo de treinamento, assim como a realização/conferência de testes de segurança relacionados; promovendo uma diálise segura e de qualidade ao paciente.Dar assistência ao médico durante a instalação do acesso vascular temporário para a diálise, visando minimizar riscos durante a implantação.Garantir a manutenção do acesso vascular temporário (cateter) no paciente em diálise, através da realização correta do curativo, bem como do acesso definitivo (FAV) utilizando técnica correta de punção, conforme o protocolo de treinamento e do Manual de Rotina de Enfermagem, visando preservar o acesso vascular além de prestar informação ao paciente sobre os cuidados requeridos com o cateter e FAV.Prevenir complicações durante o tratamento dialítico através da observação contínua e da realização dos controles intradialíticos horários ou mais freqüentes, se necessário: monitorização e registro da pressão arterial, da freqüência cardíaca, da PAM, da glicemia, das drogas vasodilatadoras, como também a verificação dos parâmetros da máquina e ajustes relacionados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPré requisitos:Ensino Médio com formação em Técnico de EnfermagemRegistro de Técnico de Enfermagem (COREN) Experiência mínima de 2 anos em NefrologiaInformações adicionaisO que oferecemos? 📌Plano de Saúde: para cuidar do seu bem-estar e da sua família.
