Atuar de forma preventiva, curativa e corretiva, mantendo a interface com equipe Multidisciplinar para a promoção da saúde do paciente e sua família, respeitado o Código de Conduta Ética COREN-COFEN, administrar a aplicação de procedimentos e medicamentos, conforme prescrição médica, zelando pela adequada assistência ao paciente e demais atividades assistenciais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAplicar as medidas de prevenção de eventos assistenciais conforme protocolo institucional;Participar dos treinamentos obrigatórios da educação continuada incluindo os treinamentos de protocolos de segurança institucional;Administrar a aplicação de procedimentos e medicamentos, conforme prescrição médica, zelando pela adequada assistência ao paciente;Dar suporte geral às atividades da área e cumprir instruções e prazos definidos para suas atividades;Prestar assistência completa ao paciente, atuando nos cuidados direto como: higiene oral e corporal, medicação, aferição de sinais vitais de 02/02 horas, punção venosa, nebulização, mudança de decúbito de 02/02 horas, auxilio na alimentação, instalação da dieta enteral, controle do balanço hídrico de 02/02 horas, realizar a coleta de exames laboratoriais e de swabs;Manter, preservar e controlar equipamentos, instrumentos, instalações, materiais e medicamentos à disposição para o atendimento do beneficiário e avisar sobre a necessidade de manutenção às áreas competentes e responsáveis;Acompanhar equipe médica em exames e procedimentos especiais, provendo materiais e cuidados necessários;Efetuar o preparo e administração de medicação (via oral, endovenosa, intravenosa, intramuscular, subcutânea ou via retal);Zelar pelos materiais e equipamentos utilizados na assistência de enfermagem, bem como realizando a conferência através de checklists mantendo a organização da Unidade, providenciando material necessário para reposição;Executar os check lists referentes a protocolos assistenciais de sua competência, colaborando com a equipe multiprofissional nos procedimentos de assistência;Realizar a passagem e o recebimento de plantão;Executar os cuidados de enfermagem que foram planejados e checar na SAE;Realizar o encaminhamento dos materiais para CME, bem como retirá-los conforme horários pré estabelecidos;Manter o paciente com identificação segura através da pulseira de identificação com as sinalizações de riscos do paciente;Desenvolver as atividades de competência do setor em consonância com as diretrizes da Empresa e Regimento interno do serviço de Enfermagem.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTécnicos:✅Curso Técnico em Enfermagem com COREN ativo✅Desejável experiência na UTI/UCO✅Desejável conhecimento com TasyComportamentais✅Trabalho em equipe e cooperação;✅Proatividade e engajamento;✅Senso de dono e foco em resultados;✅Organização e adaptação a mudanças;✅Visão de melhoria contínua e inovação;✅Foco no cliente e postura solucionadora;✅Resiliência e agilidade;✅Inteligência emocional e flexibilidade;✅Ética, integridade e construção de confiança;Informações adicionaisHorário de Trabalho: Escala 12x36 - Folguista (Necessário disponibilidade total para plantões diurnos)Local de Trabalho: Santos Dumont Hospital (Endereço: Av.
