Para nós a integridade, seriedade e simplicidade é o mais importante em nossos negócios.Gostamos de pessoas dedicadas e entusiasmadas com o seu trabalho e com a empresa.Se para você é importante trabalhar em uma empresa que valorize pessoas e oferece um ambiente agradável, essa vaga é para você! Responsabilidades e atribuições- Atuar como gestor técnico das operações de serviços de manutenção;- Supervisionar a execução dos serviços realizados pelos técnicos;- Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões técnicos, normas de segurança e procedimentos do fabricante;- Executar medições de contratos de manutenção e prestação de serviços;- Acompanhar os indicadores de performance contratual;- Assegurar a aderência técnica e operacional aos contratos firmados com clientes;- Apoiar o planejamento das atividades técnicas e a priorização dos atendimentos;- Atuar na solução de problemas técnicos complexos e no suporte especializado em campo.- Coordenar e realizar entregas técnicas de máquinas e equipamentos;- Realizar visitas técnicas, presenciais ou remotas;- Apoiar o time comercial em visitas técnicas, diagnósticos e desenvolvimento de soluções para clientes;- Contribuir tecnicamente para novas oportunidades de negócios e ações de pós-venda;- Ministrar treinamentos técnicos e comerciais para equipes internas e clientes;- Promover o desenvolvimento contínuo da equipe técnica;- Elaborar relatórios técnicos, operacionais e gerenciais;- Apoiar processos internos relacionados à operação de serviços.Requisitos técnicos:Experiência comprovada em operações de mineração subterrânea, com vivência em equipamentos das marcas Boart Longyear, Getman e Siton (jumbos/perfuratrizes subterrâneas);Inglês em nível de conversação;Vivência multimarca (atuação com as 3 linhas de equipamento do portfólio);Requisitos e qualificações- Conhecimento técnico em mecânica de máquinas pesadas;- Experiência com gestão de equipe;  - Superior Completo;- Disponibilidade para viagens; - CNH B.- Inglês nível conversação.
