Garantir a manutenção preventiva dos motores e painéis elétricos, inspeção e manutenção preventiva elétrica dos chillers, torres de resfriamento, fan coils,no break, ventiladores e exaustores da fábrica, apoiar a, preditiva e corretiva dos serviços especializados executados por terceiros. Verificar a calibração das malhas de pressão e temperatura, manômetros, sensor de temperatura e umidade, pressostatos, vazões de ar comprimido e água,. O profissional atua na verificação da calibração fina de malhas e transmissores, ajuste de válvulas automáticas e diagnósticos avançados de sistemas elétricos e automação, operando sob elevados padrões de SSMA, qualidade e conformidade de KPIs do contrato.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar as ordens de serviço (OS) de manutenção preventiva, preditiva, corretiva e de calibração em sistemas elétricos e de automação industrial das utilidades.Verificar a calibração periodicamente, em campo e em bancada, transmissores de pressão, transmissores de temperatura, sensores de umidade, fluxômetros, pressostatos diferenciais e instrumentos de medição.Intervir e realizar diagnósticos em controladores lógicos programáveis (CLPs) e interfaces homem-máquina (IHMs), executando uploads, downloads de programas e parametrizações.Substituir transmissores de campo avariados, adequando as configurações e sinais de comunicação de acordo com os protocolos industriais (HART, Profibus, Modbus, 4-20mA).Realizar testes de malhas e injeção de sinais para validar a precisão de instrumentos eletrônicos de medição econtrole físico-químico.Efetuar a manutenção e verificar a calibração em válvulas automáticas de controle (TCVs), e acompanhar contratação de empresas externas para testes em válvulas de segurança NR-13 de caldeiras e tanques de ar comprimido.Auxiliar e executar serviços de manutenção elétrica em baixa tensão (limpeza e reapertos, diagnósticos de contatores, substituição de disjuntores, relés e comandos em painéis elétricos).Registrar com rigor técnico todas as calibrações, tolerâncias, desvios e ordens de serviço executadas por meio de tablets industriais integrados ao sistema Participar ativamente da elaboração e da adequação contínua do Plano Anual de Calibração e Manutenção de Instrumentos de Processo.Emitir relatórios gerenciais e técnicos quinzenais e mensais, demonstrando o desempenho operacional e propondo ações corretivas de backlogs.Garantir o atendimento rigoroso das Normas Regulamentadoras, em especial a NR-10 e LOTO, ao intervir em sistemas elétricos de baixa tensão.Realizar auditorias comportamentais e apoiar na manutenção predial básica e organização 5S da oficina de instrumentação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Técnico completo em Instrumentação, Automação Industrial, Eletrotécnica, Eletrônica ou Eletromecânica com registro ativo noconselho regional de classe.Mínimo de 03 anos de experiência prática comprovada em atividades de manutenção e calibração de instrumentação industrial em centrais de utilidadesCurso de formação em Elétrica Industrial e conformidade vigente com os treinamentos regulamentares da Norma NR-10.DesejávelFormação superior completa ou cursando em Engenharia de Controle e Automação, Engenharia Elétrica ou Tecnólogo em 05 anos de experiência e vivência comprovada em indústrias farmacêuticas (com conhecimento de Boas Práticas de Automação Industrial Fabricação - GMP e validação de calibrações Pharma OTC).Treinamento complementar em programação de CLPs (Rockwell, Siemens ou Schneider) e redes de comunicação industrial.
