Estamos com oportunidade para Técnico Laboratório Jr - Matéria Prima. Realizar o controle e análises físico-química da matéria-prima e água a serem utilizadas na produção, através da utilização dos equipamentos HPLC (Cromatógrafo líquido de alta eficiência) e GC (Cromatógrafo gasoso), espectrofotômetro UV/IV, Dissolutor,Karl Fischer, considerando a otimização de resultados. Treinar novos profissionais, repassando conhecimentos para sua formação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o controle e análises físico-química da matéria-prima a ser utilizada na produção, a fim de controlar a qualidade da mesma, para otimização de resultados, utilizar os equipamentos HPLC (Cromatógrafo líquido de alta eficiência) e GC (Cromatógrafogasoso), espectrofotômetro, Dissolutor, Karl Fischer, conforme métodos analíticos específicos;Auxiliar o superior imediato em processos de investigações analíticas;Preparar de soluções a serem utilizadas no laboratório para as análises físico-químicas;Preparar de soluções a serem utilizadas na produção;Apoiar e treinar os colaboradores, repassando conhecimentos, de forma a formar novos profissionais da área;Amostrar e realizar as análises diárias físico-químicas da água e liberação da mesma conforme procedimentos vigentes;Realizar as análises de sanitizantes e liberação dos mesmos conforme procedimentos vigentes;Executar as atividades de acordo com os padrões técnicos operacionais estabelecidos, seguindo normas da companhia e os aspectos de qualidade, Boas Práticas de Fabricação - BPF, segurança no trabalho, preservação ambiental e sustentabilidade, bem como utilizar EPIs e uniformes contribuindo para a eliminação de situações que possam representar riscos de acidentes,degradação do meio ambiente e qualidade do produto;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Curso técnico completo: Técnico de Laboratório, Análises Clínicas e entre outros correlatos;Ou ensino superior completo em Farmácia, Química, Biomedicina e áreas afins.Conhecimentos:Operação de equipamentos HPLC (Cromatógrafo líquido de alta eficiência);GC (Cromatógrafo gasoso);Espectrofotômetro;Dissolutor;Karl Fischer.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho:Revezamento de turno 6x2:22:00 - 02:00 - 03:00 - 06:0014:00 - 18:00 - 19:00 - 22:0006:00 - 11:00 - 12:00 - 14:00Local de trabalho:Pharlab Matriz – Lagoa da Prata/MGBenefícios: Ticket alimentação: Crédito mensal no valor de R$710,00Assistência MédicaPlano OdontológicoSeguro de Vida em GrupoMedicamentos da Linha de ProduçãoECX FarmáciaConexa Saúde – Telemedicina, Telepsicologia e TelenutriçãoGogood – Planos de atividades físicasPrevidência PrivadaDia de Folga no AniversárioPrograma de Participação e Superação nos Resultados AnuaisPrograma de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, alinhado às estratégias da empresa, com foco em capacitação e crescimento profissional
