Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar acompanhamento da manutenção de infraestrutura elétrica, iluminação, painéis elétricos (circuito de comando), cabeamentos, motores elétricos, sensores, detectores de metais, datadores, resistências elétricas, vibradores, circuito NR12, habilidade com leitura de diagramas elétricos, programação e instalação de controladores universal de processo voltados para temperatura, contagem entre outros;Realizar atendimento em Detectores de Metais, Datadores, e Balanças, afim de parametrizar e solucionar os problemas apresentados;Executar a Rota de Inspeção em painéis, motores, comandos elétricos e inversores, através de um check list e instrumentos de medição, verificando se os componentes e equipamentos estão de acordo com os padrões estabelecidos, ou se apresenta alguma não conformidade;Executar as manutenções corretivas em painéis, motores, servomotores, comandos elétricos, inversores de frequência, soft-start, drivers, controladores de temperatura, controladores de chama, controladores de dosagem de produto, e controladores de vibração quando a ocorrência de problemas na linha de produção em operação, através da utilização de ferramentas especificas, realizando trocas de componentes, ajustes, regulagens e testes após manutenção, bem como manter follow-up com a produção e gestor imediato;Executar as manutenções preventivas em Painéis Elétricos através de uma ordem de serviço com os procedimentos e padrões predefinidos e utilização de ferramentas e EPI’s específicos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesTer disponibilidade de horário para trabalhar em turnos;Grau de instrução mínimo: Ensino Técnico Completo nas áreas de Eletrônica, Instrumentação, Mecatrônica e afins;Desejável experiência prévia na área;

Residir em Marília-SP.
