Realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em máquinas e equipamentos florestais analisando as demandas para priorizar e definir os atendimentos orientando os mecânicos da área para a solução dos problemas técnicos. ·   

Inspecionar equipamentos para identificar falhas e necessidades de reparo, apoiando a supervisão na identificação das competências requeridas para o atendimento as diferentes características de solicitação de serviços de manutenção mecânica, definição da equipe de mecânicos pelas OSs abertas.

   Atender, ter disponibilidade com proatividade e qualidade nos serviços prestados, buscando garantir a conformidade com os padrões de segurança e regulamentações, requisitos de certificações, NRs, procedimentos ambientais e de sustentabilidade. ·   Atender, ter disponibilidade com proatividade e qualidade nos serviços prestados, buscando garantir a conformidade com os padrões de segurança e regulamentações, requisitos de certificações, NRs, procedimentos ambientais e de sustentabilidade.

Providenciar junto a supervisão os recursos necessários e disponíveis para um eficiente atendimento as demandas / ocorrências florestais na execução das atividades de maior complexidade de manutenção mecânica. ·    Trabalhar em colaboração com a equipe operacional para minimizar o tempo de inatividade dos equipamentos.

·    Emitir e manter registros detalhados das manutenções realizadas (inclusive das atividades apoiadas pelos mecânicos), para controle e reporte das informações sobre as atividades desenvolvidas de manutenção. ·    Conhecer, cumprir e multiplicar as políticas, normas e procedimentos estabelecidos, quanto a compliance, sustentabilidade, código de conduta, procedimentos de saúde e segurança do trabalho / NRs, meio ambiente, SGI e legislações, atuando eticamente e com integridade no exercício de suas funções e atendendo aos valores da empresa: Atitude de Dono, Determinação, Simplicidade, Disponibilidade, Humildade, Franqueza e Disciplina.

·    Analisar códigos e ocorrências de falhas mecânicas e operacionais, sugerindo ações de melhoria para processos de manutenção, operação ou treinamento.

·    Suportar Coordenação na criação de relatórios de análises de acidentes operacionais.

·    Curso Técnico em Mecânica, Manutenção ou áreas correlatas;

·   Manutenção de Máquinas e Equipamentos;

·    Conhecimento em sistemas hidráulicos, pneumáticos e mecânicos;

·    Saber resolver problemas técnicos;

·    Ler e interpretar manuais técnicos;

·    Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turno; 

·    Normas de segurança aplicáveis;

·    CNH AB

·    Conhecimento de Manutenção de Máquinas Especiais (forwarder, harvester, entre outras)

·    Conhecimento intermediário em Excel (funções SE, PROCV, etc.)
