O candidato ideal deve possuir alta capacidade de organização, resiliência para solucionar desafios complexos e destreza manual para processos de montagem e desmontagem integral de veículos e seus componentes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar manutenções preventivas detalhadas (revisões de sistema, trocas de fluidos, filtros, correias, sistemas de freios e suspensão).Executar manutenções corretivas em motores, transmissões e demais sistemas mecânicos.Executar o processo de montagem e desmontagem completa de sistemas veiculares, assegurando a correta catalogação de peças e seguindo rigorosamente os padrões de segurança e qualidade.Diagnosticar falhas mecânicas e auxiliar em diagnósticos eletrônicos utilizando scanners e ferramentas de medição.Registrar as atividades realizadas em ordens de serviço e manter a organização/limpeza do posto de trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios (Hard Skills):Experiência comprovada em mecânica de veículos leves.Domínio técnico em processos de montagem e desmontagem (componentes internos, externos e estruturais).Inglês Técnico (Nível Básico): Capacidade de leitura de manuais de serviço e interpretação de códigos/mensagens em scanners automotivos.Conhecimento no manuseio de ferramentas de precisão (torquímetros, multímetros etc.).Diferenciais (Desejável):Formação técnica em Mecânica Automotiva (SENAI ou equivalente).Conhecimento em Elétrica e Eletrônica Embarcada: Diagnóstico de baterias, alternadores, chicotes e sensores.Vivência com sistemas avançados: Injeção eletrônica, ABS, Airbag, Painéis de instrumentos e Módulos de controle (Motor e Cabine).Perfil Comportamental (Soft Skills):Resiliência: Equilíbrio e foco na solução de problemas em diagnósticos complexos ou sob pressão de prazos.Rigor Técnico: Atenção minuciosa aos detalhes para garantir a segurança do veículo.Comunicação Assertiva: Capacidade de reportar diagnósticos de forma clara para a equipe técnica ou clientes.Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho: Camaçari, BA⏰ Jornada: Presencial de Segunda a Sexta🚗 Auxílio Mobilidade🍽️ Vale Alimentação🩺 Plano médico e odontológico🛡️ Seguro de vida💪 Wellhub👩‍⚕️ MediQuo🏖️ OnHappy🎁 Bônus anual
