Vem crescer com a gente!#VemPraRandon #VemPraCastertechSchroederResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Mecânico de Manutenção suas atividades serão:Planejar/programar/executar as solicitações de manutenção, preditiva ,preventiva, programadas e corretiva, a fim de maximizar os tempos demáquinas/equipamentos ou infra-estruturas disponíveis; Construir/reavaliar os planos de manutenção preventiva e preditivas, avaliar os equipamentos sem condições de uso, negociar paradas de máquinas comas áreas, objetivando a conservação do equipamento; Orientar e dar suporte aos Técnicos Mecânicos de Manutenção menos experientes na execução de manutenções; Interagir com as demais áreas na busca de melhorias para os processossob sua responsabilidade; Controlar os indicadores de processo em sua área de atuação, bem como, implementar ações necessárias para o cumprimento das metas; Conservar e reparar máquinas como CNC, dispositivos e gabaritos automatizados, utilizando ferramentas, máquina solda e instrumentos de medições e controle, visando redução de custos e máquinas paradas; Sugerir, implementar e monitorar melhorias nos processos de sua área de atuação, objetivando a segurança, qualidade e a conservação dos equipamentos; Solicitar a compra de materiais específicos dos equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade, através de sistema próprio, a fim de maximizar os tempos de máquinas/equipamentos ou infraestrutura disponíveis; Executar atividades adicionais ao estabelecido para o cargo, de mesma natureza e complexidade, observando solicitação do superior imediato e/ou demanda interna; Atender as solicitações de manutenção na área civil e utilidades, conforme demandas e orientações definidas. Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:Ensino médio completoTécnico de MecânicaDesejável:Desenho Técnico Ferramentaria Hidráulica Básica Pneumática Básica MetrologiaInformações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: Turno Horário Normal: Das 07h30 às 17h18.Benefícios:Plano de SaúdePlano OdontológicoPPR - Plano de Participação de ResultadosTransporte PróprioPlataforma de CursosÚtil CardPrograma de IdiomasDesconto em Instituições de Ensino
