Profissional de excelência mecânica encarregado de executar de forma direta as manutenções preventivas, diagnósticos termais preditivos de chillers (centrífugos, parafusos) instalados na central de utilidades. Responsável por manter a estabilidade termodinâmica de água gelada para áreas críticas (processos produtivos) e executar as rotinas mecânicas do PMOCResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar as manutenções preventivas severas e acompanhar junto aos fabricantes as corretivas de Chillers (centrífugos, parafuso ou scroll ) instalados na central de utilidades, bem como de chillers auxiliares. Ter o conhecimento necessário para identificar e solucionar qualquer falha no sistema de refrigeração destes equipamentos; Executar diagnóstico preditivo avançado de eficiência termodinâmica, vácuo de circuitos e identificação técnica de vazamento de fluidos halogênios sob alta pressão.Manipular gases refrigerantes halogenados aplicando técnicas de carga, recuperação ecológica, reciclagem de fluidos e regeneração, com bombas de vácuo de duplo estágio e recolhedoras. Acompanhar junto a manutenção técnica especializada, a manutenção em compressores centrífugos e de parafuso, incluindo desmontagem mecânica, lubrificação profunda, análise preditiva de óleo mineral/sintético e troca de filtros desidratadores.Testar e substituir pressostatos diferenciados, transdutores de pressão, termistores de água gelada/condensação e válvulas de expansão eletrônicas de chillers.Ter capacidade para montar e desmontar qualquer componente de torres de resfriamento de qualquer capacidade térmica do tipo induzida ou forçada, bem como ter o conhecimento necessário para identificar e solucionar qualquer falha nesses tipos de equipamentos. Efetuar as manutenções preventivas nas Torres de Resfriamento, monitorando fluxos mecânicos de ventilação.Ter capacidade para montar e desmontar qualquer componente de equipamentos rotativos bombas do tipo centrífugas, bombas submersíveis e bombas de rotor triplo, bem como ter o conhecimento necessário para identificar e solucionar qualquer falha nesses tipos de equipamentos;Ter capacidade para montar e desmontar qualquer componente das UTA ́s (Unidade de Tratamento de Ar), dos mais diversos fabricantes (Trox, Trane, Carrier, etc), de qualquer capacidade frigorífica, bem como ter o total conhecimento sobre os requerimentos do PMOC (Plano de Manutenção, Operação e Controle) do Ministério da Saúde, Portaria 3523Ter capacidade para montar e desmontar qualquer componente de equipamento tipo self-contained, sistema inverse, aparelhos de janela, etc, dos mais diversos fabricantes (Hitachi, Trane, Carrier, etc), de qualquer capacidade frigorífica, bem como ter o conhecimento necessário para identificar e solucionar qualquer falha nesses tipos de equipamentosPreencher detalhadamente ordens de serviço (OS) e checklists mecânicos fornecendo diagnósticos precisos para o PCMGarantir a total conformidade legal das manutenções com base nas metas do Plano de Manutenção, Operação e Controle (PMOC) e emissão das ARTs correspondentes.Efetuar o bloqueio de energias perigosas elétricas e mecânicas (LOTO) e cumprimento rígido de NRs antes de qualquer intervenção em chillers ou salas de máquinas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo com Curso de formação de técnico mecânico de refrigeração em escola técnica homologada (SENAI/MEC).Leitura técnicade desenhos mecânicos.Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência prática comprovada em manutenção preventiva de chillers centrífugos e parafuso de alta capacidade ( York, Carrier, Trane ou Sabroe), de preferência em plantas industriais Farmacêuticas, Alimentícias ou Químicas.DesejávelCurso Técnico completo em Ar Condicionado/Refrigeração, e conhecimento em chillers centrífugos e parafusos Cursos de formação específica do fabricante (Johnson Controls/York, Carrier, Trane) em operação e manutenção de chillers industriais de grande porte.Informações adicionais Assistência Médica Unimed / Assistência Odontológica Bradesco, PLR, Refeitório Local e Vale Alimentação, Vale Transporte, Fretado
