Prover abertura, categorização e priorização das demandas, efetuando o diagnóstico, atendimento e resoluções dos chamados (Incidentes e Requisições) que competem a atendimento de segundo nível.Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Suporte de Campo e Atendimento ao Usuário

Atendimento Presencial Direto: Prestar suporte técnico reativo e operacional diretamente aos servidores, docentes e alunos nos postos de atendimento. Suporte VIP e Eventos Institucionais: Dar suporte presencial prioritário em solenidades, eventos e setores de alta gestão (Reitoria, Pró-Reitorias e Superintendências), garantindo o funcionamento de recursos audiovisuais e conectividade. Orientação ao Usuário: Esclarecer dúvidas sobre o uso de equipamentos, softwares aplicativos, acesso à rede Wi-Fi, telefonia VoIP, VPN e ferramentas de videoconferência.

2. Manutenção e Configuração de Hardware e Periféricos

Manutenção Preventiva e Corretiva: Diagnosticar, reparar e realizar a manutenção de microcomputadores, notebooks, impressoras, scanners e periféricos. Troca de Componentes e Garantia: Substituir peças e componentes físicos em equipamentos fora de garantia (utilizando peças fornecidas pela UFMA) e acompanhar chamados de manutenção/garantia prestados por empresas terceirizadas. Instalação de Periféricos: Configurar e instalar monitores, projetores multimídia, webcams, leitores de cartão/código de barras, caixas de som e demais equipamentos de informática.

3. Instalação de Softwares, Sistemas e Certificados Digitais

Sistemas Operacionais e Aplicativos: Instalar, configurar e manter sistemas operacionais (Windows 10 e 11), pacotes de escritório (Office) e softwares homologados. Sistemas Corporativos e Tokens: Oferecer suporte e instalação de sistemas corporativos e governamentais (como SIAPE, SIAFI, SIGEPE, SIGAA e SEI), realizando a configuração de leitores smartcard, tokens e certificados digitais. Padronização de Imagens (Clonagem): Criar, atualizar e aplicar imagens padrão (clones) de sistemas operacionais em computadores e notebooks.

4. Redes Locais e Dispositivos Móveis

Suporte a Conectividade: Prestar suporte presencial a pontos de rede local e equipamentos de rede Wi-Fi. Dispositivos Móveis Institucionais: Configurar smartphones e tablets institucionais para acesso ao e-mail corporativo, Wi-Fi e aplicativos de videoconferência.

5. Gestão de Ativos, Backup e Segurança da Informação

Controle de Inventário: Manter atualizado o cadastro e a localização física dos equipamentos de informática e dos usuários associados. Backup e Restauração: Executar e restaurar cópias de segurança (backup) locais nas estações de trabalho. Sanitização de Dados (LGPD): Realizar a sanitização segura de dados em HDs e SSDs substituídos ou devolvê-los de forma segura para descarte pela UFMA, em conformidade com a LGPD e a Política de Segurança da Informação. Conformidade Operacional: Aplicar perfis de economia de energia (Power Management) e manter as práticas de "Mesa Limpa" e "Tela Limpa" nos locais de atendimento.

6. Registro no ITSM e Base de Conhecimento

Gerenciamento de Chamados (GLPI): Registrar, diagnosticar, atualizar e encerrar todas as solicitações e manutenções preventivas na ferramenta de ITSM adotada pela UFMA. Documentação Técnica: Elaborar e atualizar procedimentos, rotinas e scripts de atendimento para alimentação contínua da Base de Conhecimento da Central de Serviços.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Nível Médio completo acrescido de curso Técnico Profissionalizante na área de TI ou cursando ensino superior na área de TI; Cursos e treinamentos:

Treinamento ITIL Foundation (v3 ou superior) com carga mínima de 24h.Curso ISO/IEC 20.000 Foundation com carga mínima de 16h.Conhecimentos obrigatóriosMontagem, manutenção e diagnóstico de microcomputadores e notebooks.Sólidos conhecimentos no S.O. Microsoft Windows e Microsoft Office.Conhecimentos em redes de dados (cabeamento estruturado, switches, roteadores e Wi-Fi)Noções básicas de segurança da informação.Proatividade, cordialidade, dinamismo, organização e boa comunicação escrita e verbal.Diferenciais / DesejáveisExperiência com a ferramenta ITSM open-source GLPI.Conhecimento em gestão e controle de ativos de TIC (entrada e saída de equipamentos).Informações adicionaisVaga presencial em São Luís com 40h semanais (8h/dia) de segunda a sexta, com 1h de almoço. Horário a definir em escala entre 07:30 e 19:30.
