Realizar troubleshootings de nível 1 e acompanhar a tratativa dos casos do começo ao fim de cada. Configuração de equipamentos de redes: Roteador, Switch, Access-Point;Suporte a técnicos de campo para instalação de equipamentos de redes;Execução de testes de funcionamento de equipamentos e acesso a internet.Realizar contato com técnicos e analistas de estruturas de Redes para coletar informações de previsão de atendimentos;Acessar Service Now/Remedy, SIGITM, SIGITM TA, entre outras ferramentas para buscar informações e atualizar status de chamados correntes e programados;Identificar desvios e escalar nível de Supervisão e Gerência para cumprimento de prazos (SLAs) dos produtos de Dados Avançados (IP DEDICADO, MPLS, etc.);Validar se os processos de liberação de acesso (técnicos nos pontos de atendimento) estão sendo seguidos;Atualizar controles e eventualmente criar arquivos de acompanhamento para facilitar o Follow Up dos casos críticos;Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica concluida ou superior em curso em Gestão de Redes ou áreas correlatas;Suporte a técnicos de campo para instalação de equipamentos de redes;Execução de testes de funcionamento de equipamentos e acesso a internet.Realizar contato com técnicos e analistas de estruturas de Redes para coletar informações de previsão de atendimentos;Acessar Service Now/Remedy, SIGITM, SIGITM TA, entre outras ferramentas para buscar informações e atualizar status de chamados correntes e programados;Identificar desvios e escalar nível de Supervisão e Gerência para cumprimento de prazos (SLAs) dos produtos de Dados Avançados (IP DEDICADO, MPLS, etc.);Validar se os processos de liberação de acesso (técnicos nos pontos de atendimento) estão sendo seguidos;Atualizar controles e eventualmente criar arquivos de acompanhamento para facilitar o Follow Up dos casos críticos;Conhecimentos básicos de protocolos de rede (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISDN, R2, entre outros);Informações adicionaisBenefícios de um Vitalent: Vale refeição (Pluxee Benefícios);Assistência Médica e Assistência Odontológica (extensível aos dependentes);Auxílio creche;Seguro de vida;Previdência Privada;Dayoff ( 1 dia de folga dentro do mês de aniversário);Participação de Lucros; Oferta  colaborador exclusiva da Vivo (50% desconto fatura em seu nome), com desconto especial em linha fixa, banda larga e TV;Descontos em universidades, cursos e extensão;Parcerias com Sesc e Senai;Programas de Bem-estar.
