Queremos criar o sentimento de lealdadefamiliar típico da ALPLA em todo o mundo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar na integração de novos colaboradores, informando-os sobre as normas de higiene e segurança, bem como fornecer EPIs (Equipamento de Proteção Individual) e uniformes, se necessário e fiscalizar a utilização de EPIs (Equipamentos de Proteção Individual), orientando sobre os riscos expostos pela não utilização.Atender às solicitações de EPIs e controlar o seu estoque, providenciando sua reposição quando necessário. Cuidar da ordem e limpeza do local de armazenamento.Treinar os novos membros da CIPA (Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes), realizando o curso para Cipeiros, tornando os aptos para a nova atividade.Participar das reuniões ordinárias da CIPA (Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes), recebendo e propondo medidas preventivas referentes aos diversos processos da empresa, encaminhando-as a Diretoria para aprovação e execução, visando garantir a segurança dos colaboradores e melhorando o ambiente de trabalho.Acompanhar acidentes de trabalho, investigando as causas e participando de perícias, propondo correções no ambiente, na disposição de máquinas e ferramentas e procedimentos. Acompanhar os acidentados aos serviços médicos, preparar toda a documentação necessária para a emissão de CAT (Comunicação de Acidente do Trabalho), relatando informações sobre o acidente para atender às exigências da Previdência Social, controle estatístico e apreciação dos superiores.Participar como representante da área em auditorias internas e externas, acompanhamento e avaliação nas áreas conforme critérios do SGI.Avaliar o ambiente de trabalho; interpretar/validar indicadores de eficiência e eficácia dos programas implantados pela área.Participar de perícias e fiscalizações: colaborar com a elaboração de laudos periciais; interagir com os setores envolvidos; propor medidas e soluções; acompanhar processos nas diversas esferas judiciárias juntamente com o Recursos Humanos.Gerenciar documentação de HSE: elaborar normas de procedimentos técnicos e administrativos; produzir anexos de atualização; gerar relatórios de resultados; documentar procedimentos e normas de sistemas de segurança e meio ambiente; controlar atualização de documentos, normas e legislação; revisar documentação; atualizar registros; organizar banco de dados; alimentar rede de informações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho;Bons conhecimentos no Pacote Office.Informações adicionaisAssistência MédicaAssistência OdontológicaConvênio FarmáciaSeguro de VidaVale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoAuxílio combustível
