Vem fazer parte do nosso time: O Técnico em SMA será responsável por atuar nas atividades da CIPA e SIPAT, na elaboração e controle de planos para correção de não conformidades, realizar análises e investigações de acidentes e incidentes, além de avaliação e liberação de atividades perigosas (em altura, com uso de chama/faíscas..). Além disso, atuará com atividades ligadas às rotinas de Gestão Ambiental, com reporte direto à Matriz Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Segurança do Trabalho e Saúde OcupacionalGestão de Riscos: Auxiliar na elaboração e implementação de programas como PGR, PCMSO e GRO.Inspeções e Auditorias: Inspecionar rotineiramente as instalações, máquinas e equipamentos, garantindo a adoção de medidas preventivas e corretivas.Treinamentos: Ministrar treinamentos admissionais, periódicos e específicos (ex: NRs), além de orientar a CIPA e a Brigada de Emergência.EPI e EPC: Controlar a entrega, o uso correto e a higienização dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual e Coletiva.Acidentes: Investigar acidentes e incidentes, elaborando relatórios, determinando a causa raiz e propondo planos de ação.Legislação: Garantir o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) do Ministério do Trabalho.2. Meio Ambiente e Gestão AmbientalResíduos Sólidos: Controlar a geração, armazenamento, segregação e destinação final de resíduos (perigosos e não perigosos).Licenciamento: Auxiliar no controle de licenças ambientais, outorgas e condicionantes exigidas pelos órgãos de fiscalização.Educação Ambiental: Desenvolver campanhas de conscientização sobre economia de água, energia, destinação de lixo e preservação ecológica.3. Rotinas AdministrativasDocumentação: Manter os laudos técnicos, licenças e documentações organizados e atualizados.Acompanhar fiscalizações, perícias técnicas e atividades da CIPA e SIPAT;Elaborar e controlar planos de correção de não conformidades e realizar investigações de acidentes e incidentes;Emitir autorizações para serviços perigosos (trabalho em altura, uso de chama/faíscas, etc.);Avaliar a exposição a agentes ambientais (ruído, calor, agentes químicos, etc.);Realizar e acompanhar DDS e implementar medidas de prevenção a incêndios;Especificar, controlar e entregar EPI’s;Realizar inspeções de segurança e elaborar relatórios;Ministrar treinamentos diversos de segurança;Orientar e capacitar sobre as políticas e programas de segurança da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPossuir experiência no cargo de Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho;Curso completo de Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho;Disponibilidade de horário para atuar em regime de turnos e/ou escala 12x36;Domínio das normas regulamentadoras;Desejável: Atuação com atividades de Meio Ambiente, proficiência como instrutor das NR 12/33/35 e Brigada para Emergência.Informações adicionais
