A A3 Consultoria atua em âmbito nacional apoiando organizações no desenvolvimento de pessoas e negócios, com foco em decisões estratégicas e resultados sustentáveis.Neste projeto, assessoramos um cliente do segmento de Obra Pesada na condução de um processo seletivo para a posição de Técnico Segurança Trabalho (Trecho). O processo é conduzido por consultores especialistas, com abordagem estruturada, criteriosa e confidencial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar diariamente as atividades executadas pelas equipes de pavimentação, conservação e recuperação rodoviária;Realizar inspeções de segurança nas frentes de serviço, identificando riscos, desvios e condições inseguras;Fiscalizar a utilização adequada de EPIs e EPCs, orientando os trabalhadores quanto ao cumprimento dos procedimentos de segurança;Acompanhar a implantação e a manutenção da sinalização temporária das obras, verificando a segurança dos trabalhadores e dos usuários da rodovia;Monitorar atividades envolvendo máquinas e equipamentos pesados, como motoniveladoras, escavadeiras, rolos compactadores e equipamentos de pavimentação;Realizar DDS, integrações e treinamentos de segurança direcionados às atividades executadas no trecho;Orientar operadores, encarregados, supervisores e equipes operacionais sobre medidas preventivas e correções necessárias;Interromper ou solicitar a adequação de atividades que apresentem risco grave aos trabalhadores ou aos usuários da rodovia;Investigar acidentes e incidentes, levantando evidências, causas, registros e informações necessárias para definição das ações corretivas;Preencher relatórios, checklists, controles, registros de inspeção e planilhas relacionadas à Segurança do Trabalho;Controlar a documentação legal de SST vinculada às equipes e às frentes de serviço;Apoiar auditorias, fiscalizações, inspeções de clientes e demais verificações relacionadas à saúde e segurança;Atuar em conjunto com os demais técnicos responsáveis pelas diferentes frentes de conservação e pavimentação;Deslocar-se entre os pontos de apoio e acompanhar a movimentação das equipes conforme o avanço dos serviços na rodovia;Permanecer em alojamento disponibilizado pela empresa durante o período de atuação no trecho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho concluído;Sólida experiência em atividades de Segurança do Trabalho;Experiência em obras rodoviárias e conhecimento de sinalização temporária de obras rodoviárias;Experiência prática em inspeções, DDS, fiscalização de EPIs e EPCs, prevenção de acidentes e acompanhamento de atividades de campo;Conhecimento sobre investigação e registro de acidentes e incidentes;Capacidade para elaborar e preencher relatórios, checklists e controles de segurança;Conhecimento de informática e Excel suficiente para leitura, atualização e organização de documentos e planilhas;CNH categoria B válida;Disponibilidade para trabalhar em obras e permanecer em alojamento;Disponibilidade para viagens, deslocamentos e remanejamentos entre cidades do Estado de Goiás.Informações adicionais💰Salário: Compatível com o mercado (estamos trabalhando com pretensão salarial para a vaga)✅ Benefícios:Assistência médica e odontológica;Cesta básica;Lanche da tarde;Seguro de vida;Uniforme;Baixada;Cartão Combustível;Aluguel do carro (caso o utilize a trabalho);Alojamento disponibilizado pela empresa.⏰Horário de trabalho: Segunda à Sexta-feira das 07h00 às 11h00 e das 12h00 às 16h00 / Sábado 07h00 às 11h00📍Local de Trabalho: Trecho entre Goiânia a Rio Verde no estado de Goiás🖊️Regime de Contratação: CLT
