As UPAs - Unidades de Pronto Atendimento são definidas como estabelecimentos de saúde de complexidade intermediária entre as Unidades Básicas de Saúde/Estratégia Saúde da Família (UBS/ESF) e a Rede Hospitalar, devendo compor, junto com estas, uma rede organizada de atenção às urgências, em conformidade com as diretrizes da Política Nacional de Atenção às Urgências.As UPAs funcionam 24 horas e prestam atendimento médico de urgência e emergência, adulto e pediátrico, com a possibilidade de inserção de outras especialidades médicas como Ortopedia conforme a necessidade da região.O atendimento é feito a partir do Acolhimento com Classificação de Risco, que estabelece as prioridades de tempo para o atendimento médico conforme a gravidade do paciente. Além disso, o serviço oferece leitos para observação, realização de procedimentos como exames laboratoriais de urgência, exames de imagem, suturas, inalação, administração de medicamentos e, caso necessário, encaminha os pacientes de maior gravidade, após estabilização, ao Hospital de Referência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar e participar da elaboração e implementação da Política de Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho (SST);Realizar auditoria, acompanhar e avaliar áreas;Identificar variáveis de controle de doenças, acidentes, qualidade de vida e meio ambiente;Desenvolver ações educativas na área de saúde e segurança no trabalho;Participar de perícias e fiscalizações e integrar processos de negociações;Participar da implementação de tecnologias e processos de trabalho, inerentes as atividades da Área;Providenciar documentação de SST (Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho);Investigar, analisar acidentes e recomendar medidas de prevenção e controle;Realizar entrega de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI);Zelar pelo cumprimento das Normas de Segurança e Medicina do Trabalho;Elaborar Programa de Prevenção de Riscos Ambientais, Justificativas Técnicas, Relatórios Técnicos e ofícios;Realizar avaliações ambientais (temperatura, ruído, nível de iluminância);Avaliar os equipamentos de Prevenção e combate a incêndio;Realizar o levantamento qualitativo e quantitativo de extintores e mangueiras para recarga e manutenção e teste hidrostático;Realizar o levantamento qualitativo e quantitativo e entregar Equipamentos de Proteção Individual;Implantar Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes (CIPA) de acordo com a necessidade da Unidade;Participar das reuniões mensais;Atender a todos os princípios e critérios de conduta contidos no Manual de Conformidade Administrativa - Políticas e Princípios de Integridade da SPDM;Executar as atribuições determinadas pela Instituição a respeito das práticas a serem tomadas em relação à proteção de dados pessoais - LGPD;Realizar as atividades de área/setor, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio CompletoCurso de Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho CompletoExperiência de 06 meses comprovada na função de Técnico de Segurança no Trabalho no setor hospitalar.Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho: Vila Independência, Zona Leste - São Paulo/SPEscala de trabalho: Segunda a Sexta-feira, 40h semanais Benefícios e Parcerias:Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica (adesão facultativa);Assistência Odontológica (adesão facultativa);Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.
