Buscamos um(a) profissional para compor nosso time de Segurança do Trabalho, com boa capacidade de comunicação e interesse em atuar em um ambiente colaborativo, dinâmico e voltado à prevenção e à promoção da saúde e segurança das pessoas.A atuação é nas unidades Matriz e Centro de Distribuição SP, localizadas na Mooca/SP!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar e revisar políticas de Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho (SST), atuando ativamente na sua implementação e orientando quanto ao cumprimento das mesmas;Realizar e acompanhar auditorias relacionadas à Segurança do Trabalho, avaliando as áreas da empresa;Identificar e levantar variáveis de controle relacionadas a doenças, acidentes, qualidade de vida e meio ambiente, elaborando planos de ação com soluções para cada necessidade identificada;Orientar os demais integrantes do time nos assuntos pertinentes à área de Medicina e Segurança do Trabalho, apoiando e solicitando suporte especializado quando necessário;Desenvolver ações educativas na área de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, incluindo a orientação quanto ao uso correto de EPIs;Acompanhar e garantir o cumprimento das exigências legais relacionadas à segurança dos colaboradores no exercício de suas funções;Elaborar, manter e acompanhar toda a documentação de SST da empresa, conforme estabelecido em lei, incluindo: PCMSO (Programa de Controle Médico de Saúde Ocupacional), PGR (Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos), LTCAT (Laudo Técnico das Condições do Ambiente de Trabalho), PPP (Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário) e ASO (Atestado de Saúde Ocupacional — exames admissionais, periódicos, de retorno ao trabalho e demissionais);Organizar e acompanhar as atividades da CIPA e da SIPAT;Participar de reuniões relacionadas à Segurança do Trabalho, fornecendo dados, apresentando sugestões e analisando a viabilidade de medidas propostas, com o objetivo de aperfeiçoar os sistemas existentes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Técnico completo;Desejável Superior cursando Segurança do Trabalho, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
