Missão do Cargo

Garantir a disponibilidade, estabilidade e qualidade dos sistemas e equipamentos de transmissão, atuando de forma preventiva, corretiva e proativa nos sites sob sua responsabilidade, assegurando a continuidade dos serviços e o cumprimento dos indicadores operacionais, de qualidade e segurança.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais Responsabilidades

Realizar o monitoramento contínuo dos sistemas e equipamentos de transmissão. Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em equipamentos e enlaces de transmissão. Efetuar ajustes, configurações e alinhamentos de parâmetros técnicos. Executar testes de performance, diagnóstico e troubleshooting de falhas. Atender chamados técnicos, incidentes e ocorrências operacionais. Realizar serviços programados e atividades de manutenção planejada. Atuar como responsável técnico pelo prédio âncora e prestar suporte aos prédios adjacentes da mesma área de atuação. Registrar atividades, evidências e indicadores operacionais nos sistemas corporativos. Garantir a conformidade com normas de qualidade, segurança, meio ambiente e procedimentos operacionais. Apoiar ações de melhoria contínua visando maior eficiência operacional e redução de falhas.

Escopo de Atuação

Atuação exclusiva em ambiente de transmissão. Responsabilidade direta por um site principal (âncora) e suporte a sites satélites adjacentes. Gestão operacional dos equipamentos, enlaces e infraestrutura relacionada à transmissão. Interação com equipes de operação, manutenção, engenharia e gestão de incidentes.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos Desejáveis

Formação técnica em Telecomunicações, Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica, Redes ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimento em redes e sistemas de transmissão de telecomunicações. Experiência em manutenção de equipamentos de telecom.
