O foco inicial será no recrutamento de profissionais da área Comercial, principalmente:SDR;BDR;Consultor de Vendas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar Hunting ativo de profissionais da área Comercial;Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta;Realizar entrevistas e avaliações de perfil;Avaliar competências técnicas, comportamentais e fit cultural;Conduzir alinhamentos de perfil junto aos gestores;Desenvolver estratégias de atração para posições comerciais;Construir e manter um pipeline de talentos;Acompanhar indicadores e resultados de recrutamento;Participar das etapas finais de validação junto à gestão e ao CEO.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em Recrutamento e Seleção, especialmente de profissionais da área Comercial;Experiência com Hunting ativo e abordagem de candidatos;Boa capacidade de condução de entrevistas;Perfil analítico e olhar apurado para identificação de potencial;Comunicação clara e habilidade para relacionamento com candidatos e gestores;Experiência recrutando profissionais de vendas B2B, SaaS ou tecnologia;Experiência com alto volume de vagas comerciais;Familiaridade com ferramentas de Hunting e plataformas de recrutamento.
