A Rodrigues Colchões está em busca de Tapeceiro(a) para fazer parte do nosso time de produção!O profissional será responsável pela execução de atividades relacionadas à tapeçaria e revestimento de móveis e produtos, contribuindo para que cada peça seja produzida com qualidade, bom acabamento e dentro dos padrões da empresa.Buscamos uma pessoa cuidadosa, comprometida e com atenção aos detalhes, que tenha interesse em atuar no ambiente fabril e contribuir para o resultado da equipe.Se você possui experiência na área de tapeçaria e gosta de trabalhar com produção e acabamento, essa oportunidade pode ser para você! 

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atividades de tapeçaria, revestimento e acabamento de colchões, móveis e demais produtos fabricados pela empresa;Preparar, cortar, posicionar e fixar tecidos, espumas, mantas e demais materiais utilizados no processo de tapeçaria;Operar ferramentas e equipamentos utilizados nas atividades de tapeçaria, seguindo os procedimentos de segurança;Realizar a montagem e o revestimento das peças, garantindo o correto ajuste dos materiais;Conferir medidas, alinhamento, acabamento e qualidade das peças produzidas;Identificar e corrigir possíveis falhas de acabamento durante o processo produtivo;Manter o ambiente e os equipamentos de trabalho organizados e em boas condições de uso;Seguir as orientações de produção, padrões de qualidade e procedimentos internos da empresa;Cumprir as metas e prazos estabelecidos para a produção;Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe, contribuindo para o bom andamento da linha de produção;Zelar pela conservação dos materiais, ferramentas e equipamentos utilizados na função;Cumprir as normas de segurança, organização e qualidade estabelecidas pela empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental ou Médio completo;Experiência anterior na área de tapeçaria, estofamento, fabricação de móveis, colchões ou áreas relacionadas;Conhecimento em processos de revestimento, acabamento e montagem de peças estofadas;Habilidade para trabalhar com tecidos, espumas, mantas e outros materiais utilizados em tapeçaria;Conhecimento no uso de ferramentas e equipamentos utilizados na atividade;Atenção aos detalhes e cuidado com o acabamento das peças;Organização e responsabilidade na execução das atividades;Agilidade e disposição para atuar em ambiente de produção;Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e seguir orientações e padrões de qualidade;Comprometimento com as normas de segurança e procedimentos internos.
