É um perfil altamente técnico e hands-on: além de definir arquitetura e direção técnica, segue codificando, revisando e garantindo a qualidade, a escalabilidade e a evolução das soluções em .NET na nuvem.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar tecnicamente o time de desenvolvimento, definindo padrões, arquitetura e direção técnica.Atuar hands-on no código — implementação, code reviews e provas de conceito —, mantendo-se referência técnica.Projetar e evoluir a arquitetura de microsserviços e sistemas distribuídos de alta escala em .NET.Tomar decisões técnicas sobre persistência (SQL Server e MongoDB), mensageria e padrões de integração.Definir e disseminar boas práticas de Clean Code, SOLID, design patterns e estratégias de teste. Garantir resiliência, performance e observabilidade dos serviços em nuvem (Azure e AWS) com Datadog. Liderar a adoção de ferramentas de IA (ex.: Claude, Copilot) no fluxo de desenvolvimento, com governança e senso crítico.Mentorar e desenvolver tecnicamente o time, elevando o nível de engenharia.Colaborar com produto, arquitetura e Team Lead na viabilidade técnica e priorização das entregas.Conduzir decisões de trade-off técnico, gestão de dívida técnica e roadmap de evolução da plataformaRequisitos e qualificaçõesAmpla experiência em C# e .NET em sistemas de produção em larga escala, com forte atuação hands-on.Domínio de arquitetura de microsserviços e sistemas distribuídos.Vivência consolidada em arquitetura de nuvem nos provedores Azure e AWS. Domínio de modelagem e otimização em SQL Server e MongoDB.Vivência sólida com mensageria (RabbitMQ, Service Bus e/ou Kafka).Domínio de Clean Code, princípios SOLID, design patterns e estratégias de teste.Domínio de monitoria e observabilidade com Datadog e práticas de confiabilidade (SRE).Uso avançado de ferramentas de IA no desenvolvimento (ex.: Claude, Copilot), com senso crítico sobre o código gerado. Sólida prática de versionamento (Git), CI/CD e cultura DevOps.
