Temos como objetivo oferecer a lojistas um novo método de pagamento, para aumentar suas vendas de um jeito simples, descomplicado e ágil, mas também temos como objetivo oferecer às pessoas a oportunidade de comprar aquilo que desejam, sem se comprometerem com os altos juros do cartão de crédito.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPessoasConduzir 1:1s regulares, dar feedback contínuo e gerir o ciclo de performance do time.Apoiar o desenvolvimento de carreira de cada engenheiro, usando o plano de carreira como guia para conversas de evolução e promoção.Liderar a contratação e o onboarding de novos engenheiros, elevando a régua técnica do time.Construir um ambiente seguro, inclusivo e de alta performance; mediar conflitos e cuidar do clima do squad.EntregaGarantir a previsibilidade e a qualidade da entrega: planejamento de sprint, capacidade e acompanhamento do progresso.Remover bloqueios e gerenciar dependências com outros times e áreas.Traduzir o roadmap de produto (definido com o PM) em execução previsível.Saúde técnica e operaçãoGarantir o equilíbrio saudável entre a entrega de produto e o investimento em qualidade, confiabilidade e tech debt.Liderar o processo de incidentes e os post-mortems do domínio do squad; assegurar on-call, SLAs e documentação adequados.Manter base técnica suficiente para avaliar decisões de arquitetura com profundidade e apoiar o Staff e os sêniores nessas decisões.ColaboraçãoReportar status de entrega e riscos de forma transparente para a liderança e stakeholders.Garantir que processos de engenharia e da empresa (calibração, treinamentos, pesquisas de engajamento) sejam executados no time.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Experiência prévia como Tech Lead ou liderança formal de time de engenharia (gestão de pessoas, performance e carreira).Background técnico sólido em desenvolvimento de software (idealmente backend), com capacidade de participar de discussões de arquitetura e avaliar trade-offs — equivalente a um sênior.Experiência liderando a entrega de times ágeis com previsibilidade e qualidade.Vivência com contratação técnica e desenvolvimento de engenheiros.Excelente comunicação, gestão de stakeholders e capacidade de dar e receber feedback de forma direta e empática.Familiaridade com ambientes de microsserviços / cloud (AWS) e práticas modernas de engenharia (CI/CD, observabilidade, on-call).Diferenciais:Experiência em fintechs, pagamentos, crédito ou cobrança.Vivência com arquiteturas serverless e orientadas a eventos.Familiaridade com a nossa stack (TypeScript/NestJS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS; Rust é um plus).Experiência conduzindo post-mortems e cultura de confiabilidade (SLOs)Informações adicionaisInformações adicionais:Modelo de Contratação PJ;Remuneração Competitiva;Pensando no seu bem-estar e de toda sua família, oferecemos plano de saúde com cobertura 100% do titular e 75% para o primeiro dependente;Ifood Benefícios;Day Off no mês de aniversário;Seguro de Vida Coletivo;Cupom de desconto nas nossas lojas parceiras;Modelo remoto de trabalho.
