Empresa com cultura técnica sólida, baixíssimo turnover e forte valorização de times internos.Você liderará tecnicamente um time com engenheiros seniores, atuando de forma hands-on na evolução de um ecossistema com Ruby on Rails (core), serviços em TypeScript e integrações com mobile (Flutter).Procuramos alguém autônomo, resolutivo e com forte senso de ownership, capaz de liderar tecnicamente, tomar decisões e executar com baixa dependência da gestão.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você vai fazer* Liderar tecnicamente o time e atuar de forma hands-on no desenvolvimento* Evoluir arquitetura (monolito + microsserviços), garantindo escala e simplicidade* Orquestrar integrações entre Ruby on Rails, TypeScript e demais sistemas* Garantir qualidade ponta a ponta (código, testes, produção e observabilidade)* Atuar em troubleshooting, performance e melhoria contínua* Apoiar e desenvolver os engenheiros do time* Participar de decisões técnicas e code reviews* Conectar tecnologia com necessidades do negócioRequisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos (requisitos técnicos)• Experiência como Tech Lead ou Sênior com liderança técnica• Domínio de backend com Ruby on Rails e/ou TypeScript• Perfil hands-on com atuação ativa em código• Experiência com APIs REST e integrações• PostgreSQL e modelagem de dados• Experiência com AWS• Conhecimento sólido em CI/CD, Docker e Kubernetes• Testes automatizados e boas práticas de engenhariaDiferenciais técnicos• Experiência com microsserviços e mensageria (SQS/SNS ou similares)• Conhecimento em Flutter ou integração com mobile• Experiência com Redis, DynamoDB ou outros NoSQL• CI/CD avançado (ex.: GitHub Actions, Argo CD e IAC)• Capacidade de implementar uso de IA para acelerar ciclo de desenvolvimento• Espanhol e/ou inglês.Perfil comportamental esperado• Alta autonomia e capacidade de evoluir projetos com pouca dependência da gestão• Forte senso de ownership e responsabilidade• Capacidade de tomar decisões e fazer trade-offs• Visão sistêmica e foco em impacto no negócio• Comunicação clara e colaboração com times multidisciplinaresInformações adicionaisModelo de trabalho• Trabalho remoto.• Interações internacionais ocasionais, em geral por escrito.
