Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como referência técnica do time de Infraestrutura.Apoiar o planejamento das demandas, priorização de atendimento de suporte, identificando riscos, dependências e impactos.Promover gestão, mentorias e o desenvolvimento técnico da equipe de suporte.Liderar projetos, mudanças, entregas e resolução de incidentes críticos.Gerir fornecedores relacionados a infraestrutura, impressoras, field service.Gerir estoque e planejamento de aquisições de equipamentos Notebooks, Desktops, Servidores;Garantir disponibilidade, segurança, desempenho e capacidade dos ambientes.Administrar ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade, como Zabbix e Grafana.Administrar redes cabeadas e wireless com soluções Ruckus.Administrar firewalls, VPNs, políticas de segurança e conectividade com soluções Fortinet.Administrar o ambiente Microsoft Office 365, incluindo Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, usuários e licenças.Conduzir análises de causa raiz e implementar ações corretivas e preventivas.Apoiar projetos de migração, atualização, expansão e modernização da infraestrutura.Manter procedimentos, diagramas, inventários e documentações técnicas atualizados.Atuar em conjunto com os times de Infraestrutura, Segurança, DevOps e fornecedores.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida com infraestrutura corporativa e liderança técnica.Conhecimento em Windows Server e Linux.Experiência com VMware.Conhecimento em Storage HPE.Experiência com Veeam Backup.Conhecimento em Zabbix e Grafana.Experiência com soluções de redes Wifi Ruckus e Unifi.Experiência com firewalls e soluções de segurança Fortinet.Experiência com Microsoft Office 365.Conhecimento em redes, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls e roteamento.Conhecimento em Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, GPOs e gestão de acessos.Experiência com backup, retenção, replicação, RPO, RTO e recuperação de desastres.Conhecimento em segurança, hardening, vulnerabilidades e certificados digitais.Experiência com gestão de incidentes, problemas, mudanças e análise de causa raiz.Conhecimento em automação com PowerShell, Shell Script ou Python.Conhecimento em AWS, Azure, infraestrutura como código e práticas DevOps será considerado um diferencial.Boa comunicação, organização, liderança, resolução de conflitos.
