Você será a principal referência técnica do time, resolvendo gargalos complexos de performance e orientando o desenvolvimento seguro e escalável.Responsabilidades e Atribuições• Desenhar, arquitetar e evoluir soluções escaláveis utilizando C# e ecossistema .NET moderno.• Otimizar e modelar estruturas complexas no banco de dados Oracle (criação de packages, procedures, functions, triggers e tuning de PL/SQL).• Garantir a melhor performance na comunicação entre a aplicação e o banco, seja através de ORMs (Entity Framework, Dapper) ou conexões puras (ADO.NET).• Conduzir revisões de código (Code Review), definir padrões de arquitetura (Clean Architecture, DDD, SOLID) e mentorar desenvolvedores.• Liderar o troubleshooting avançado de integrações e investigar gargalos de execução diretamente na base de dados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e Qualificações• Sólida experiência em desenvolvimento back-end avançado com C# e .NET.• Conhecimento profundo em Oracle Database, modelagem relacional e programação PL/SQL.• Experiência prática comprovada com análise de plano de execução (explain plan) e performance tuning de queries pesadas em bases volumosas.• Vivência com desenho de arquitetura de microsserviços e criação de APIs seguras.• Histórico de atuação em liderança técnica, definição de padrões e mentoria de equipes.Diferenciais Desejáveis• Experiência em migração de lógicas de negócio pesadas em banco (PL/SQL legados) para a camada de aplicação em .NET.• Práticas de DevOps, CI/CD, Docker e orquestração de containers.• Conhecimento em mensageria (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).• Certificações Microsoft (Azure Developer, Azure Solutions Architect) ou Oracle (PL/SQL Developer).
